Had a 2:30 appointment yesterday, Sunday. Two girls on. Very short staffed. I wasn’t taken til well after 3. The hairdresser was very nice. Great shampoo. Great job on my haircut.

Went in to get my hair dyed for the first time picked out a dark red. Well it came out a gold orange. I Was trying not to be upset. As she said she could fix it. She Proceeded to put a red conditioner to cover the gold and told me not to wash for at least 24 to 48 hours. And it would hold the color I didn’t know that it was just a cover up for her messing up. At then end she stated that she did not have the red I asked for so she mixed one. Like why wouldn’t you just tell me you didn’t have the color I asked for to begin with. Alot of the red rinsed out after I wet my hair. Horrible communication, basically lied to me so that she wouldn’t lose the appointment, Waste of money. . Will never go back. Save yourself the grief at thus location

I love Fantastic Sams ,the people there have always been very nice to me. When I want to make my hair easier to do it so keep it want they did exactly how I wanted it and now my hair actually looks better and healthier. I have MS and it was important to me to make sure that my hair was done in a way where it would be easy for me to do. So we decided on a haircut and it’s the best haircut I could say that I ever had that’s why I have been going back to Fantastic Sams for many years. I would recommend them to anyone and I usually do. I love Fantastic Sam’s! The only place I get my haircut! The hairstylist named Tacia is amazing! I am always so satisfied with my haircut after she cuts it. She is personable and friendly. She works super hard to make sure that you are happy with your haircut! I think that she is awesome! The rest of the employees do a fantastic job too!

I was so nervous going in, Karen at the desk was so super sweet and kind both on phone and in person. I was introduced to Paula, she was absolutely AMAZING… She was able to work w me to correct as much of my regrowth from my last haircut as she could. I wish I could find the name of the other woman. Working that Thursday night when I went, but the three of them were an incredible team just the nicest place not so “on the go” as I thought. I will definitely have Paula finish out this cut when the other side grows in!! I suggest them to anyone!
