I think a lot of reviews here are from when this shop was ran by the previous owners. As of March 2019, this place is under new management and the owners are fantastic people. Me and SEVERAL others followed the owners/technicians from the previous salon they were at. That’s how good they are. I usually get SNS Dip Powder nails (photos bellow) and I have never ever left feeling disappointed. I always LOVE my nails (shape, length, design). I have been seen by both Kayla and Vincent (married couple who owns the shop) and they are both phenomenal. The atmosphere is gorgeous – they basically re-did the salon. Their work is AMAZING too. You can check photos on @knn_nails on Instagram if you want a closer look. 5 out of 5 in terms of customer service and quality. I have recommended a TON of my friends come here.

Came in yesterday. I made an appointment online, and was told when I got there I was told they were under new management so the appointment wasn’t checked. But the new owner was really nice. I was seated right away and a woman did my nails. It took over an hour to do a full set acrylic. She mentioned to him during the service that they needed all new products, so maybe that is why my nails came out bad. this didn’t happen until 5 mins after I left. She didn’t use enough acrylic so the nail bent. So unbelievable. I literally never get my nails done BECAUSE of stuff like this. And of course after over a year of not getting them done this happens. For some reason the picture won’t upload but my thumb nail was completely bent.

My mother and I went here while we were in town staying at the Holiday Inn across the street. We got deluxe pedicures and spa manicures. The pedicure chairs were amazing and the nail techs did a wonderful job. My mom felt that this was the best pedicure she’s ever had. They did a great job on the foot massage and she loved the hot stone massage. The manicures were very nice as well and exactly what we were looking for. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that when we got there, they weren’t very busy so our feet didn’t get time to soak before they started the pedicure.

Fantastic! I haven’t had a manicure since my quinces about 7 years ago so I wasn’t sure where to go. I went online and decided here after other places did not have such good reviews. Honestly, I am in love. I cannot stop looking at my nails and I think the price was perfect. I went for a basic manicure so even though I could do this at home, it felt nice to get extra work done I don’t usually do. I got a hand massage, cuticles pushed back, buffed, trimmed, filed, and painted. Plus they came out perfect because when I do it, nails don’t match and I end up messing them up by not waiting to dry up. Price was under $20 and I think it is fair because they came out perfect and once again, those little extra things. Definitely coming back

I found this shop after a google search of shops near the mall that were open later on a Sunday. Although I live about 30 minutes away, I come back every 2/2.5 weeks for a nail appointment. That’s how much I like the environment/quality of work here. The shop is relaxing and not usually overly-crowded. The pricing is reasonable (for the most part). The employees are polite. All contribute to a decent pampering experience.

Mrs Lee is extremely professional social and friendly. Most important she speak English, so wasn’t tonhard to explain how I like my nails, sincenis my first time to visit this isolated nail salon. However, pedicure wasn’t very good, but please dont misunderstood the lady who did it it was so nice, making an effort to speak English but sadly her lack of language prevail to obtain a good service. Also I had to remove the gel from my nails because I learned that I they remove it it’s an extra $ 5.00 charge, which in the majority of the salons it’s included.

Everyone is nice and they make your nails look nice. My major hang up about this place is the concern for lack of hygiene. They stay the pedicure bowls and then immediately wipe away the sanitizer. Sanitizer needs to remain on the surface for at least 15 minutes before it is effective. And I watched again as my technician used the same cuticle cutters on me and someone else. They do have an instrument sterilizer, but I’ve never seen them use. I like the store as it is nice and quiet and that does make for a relaxing atmosphere, but not observing sterile practices, I won’t be returning. This was my second visit and wanted to validate what I saw the first time (and my girlfriend:s toe got infected) as I really wanted this to be my new salon. I’ll try some place new next time.

Perfect experience. My mom lives at GreenSprings and needed a place close by. The location was perfect and easy to get to. The ladies there treated her like royalty. Tina did her nails and did a great job. I had my brows waxed and was happy with the work. The prices were less expensive than the salon she had been going to in Fairfax for the last 20 years, so we will be back. If you are looking for fancy and super clean (stains on the waiting sofa and waxing table), then you may want to go somewhere else.

I LOVED Lee she was always very sweet and gentle with my acrylics but I was disappointed with the way cutting down my nails was handled when I last went in. She hacked them off and didn’t file them, didn’t repaint them, nor were they the shape I paid an extra $5 also, I was charged for a cut down when it states that if you are not happy with a service to return in 3 days free of charge, I went back the next day and was charged for it to be poorly done and left in tears. I just moved in to the West Springfield area and searched for a manicure and found them HIGHLY recommended on YELP so gave it a try. Friendly, clean and made me feel comfortable as a male customer. I’m a regular now!! Give them a try….I’m still a regular a year later and they have remodeled under new management!!
