I got an appointment for a manicure. My appointment started 30 minutes late. About 5 minutes into my appointment someone walked in asking for a full set and they sat them down and told them it would only be a few minutes. The nail tech hurried through my appointment for the more expensive one and ended up only doing a color change and the “design”. No manicure, no cuticle treatment, no massage….left color on my skin and I was told to go home and wash my hands to get it off. 20 minutes of scrubbing with acetone later and they are kind of clean. It looks like I had two 10 year olds write the letters on my nails. Will absolutely NOT be back.

I’ve been going here since moved to the area. They had the best nails in town, they still do. They are under new ownership (old owner still works here) and I feel that a couple of the new ladies could be a bit more nice to the regulars that have been coming for a long time. Things don’t change often here and when something new comes along it throws some locals off a bit. I feel the new owners could be a bit more patient with those clients and not show how irritated they are through facial expressions. On a technical view, they still do amazing work, have a clean fresh look, newer cleaner looking tools, and play music instead of the TV now. The nail tech with the glasses was very sweet and polite.

BAD! Both of my girls got the wrong color, hurt them and told them to not move. Who doesn’t move when their cuticles are being cut to far? For two mani (acrilics) and pedis was $200 bucks. Will never go back and will never recommend! Boooo now they go to homecoming with nails that don’t even go with their dresses…
