FANTASTIC NAILS

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT COME HERE! They are rude and cut corners on their services and then basically call you cheap when you’re unsatisfied with the results. I posted a yelp and received a horrible response from the owner. Originally gave 2 stars because my pedicure was decent but went down to 1 when the owner decided to message me privately.I got both a gel pedicure and an SNS set? I’m not sure what you would call my dip nails. Fair warning, $40 for dip and no manicure included. I even made sure to ask since I’ve never gotten dip without a manicure included…I mean $40 just to dip my nails?! Kind of sounded insane so I made sure to ask the guy doing my nails 3x, are you sure it doesn’t come with a manicure? I watched him just take the drill over my nails and of course, it was not a great base. That is why you do a manicure before! I am so disappointed in how my nails feel. I took a shower after and my hair was getting caught in my nails, ALREADY!The lady (Lisa) who did my gel pedicure was nice and did a good job but I did get up-charged $5 to put a little acrylic on a broken toe. The guy who did my nails didn’t know I understood Vietnamese but he made sure to remind the lady doing my pedicure she needed to charge me to fix it a bit. That was okay, it was pricier than some places I’ve had fix my toe but I knew it would be an up charge.Pretty disappointed since I haven’t seem to be able to find a decent place in Orange so I guess it’s back to driving to a nail place for me. I may come back for a pedicure if I don’t want to drive far since Lisa was great. For reference, my SNS set on my natural nails were $40 and my gel pedicure (Basic pedicure package with gel) was $35 with a $5 up-charge for my broken toe to make it $40 for the pedicure.Services: Dip powder, Pedicure, Foot massagesDO NOT COME HERE! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a 5:30 appointment for a Gel fill and I was out of there in half an hour. The nail person I had was not only friendly she was so efficient. I hate sitting still for an entire hour it’s terrible for me. So if I can have this done in 30 minutes and have my hands look beautiful, I am one happy camper.Service: Gel manicures

He doesn’t have any etiquette to being polite to his customers. It’s almost like you should be honored that you’re paying them to get service! On top of that, the work is not good at all!! If you happen to get someone decent when you come back there gone! The only thing Fantastic about this place is it’s cleanliness. So I will agree that this place is clean! However, the guy that sits right in the front when you walk in is Horrible!!! He doesn’t have any etiquette to being polite to his customers. It’s almost like you should be honored that you’re paying them to get service! On top of that, the work is not good at all!! If you happen to get someone decent when you come back there gone! The only thing Fantastic about this place is it’s cleanliness. Attitude and service is terrible.
