This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Iv been twice now, counting today & it will be my last. The owner Nancy takes forever to get started, she will walk around or even leave than come back as if nothing happened. The first time I came she was slurring her words and was slouching back in her chair. She was supposed to do my mothers nails that day and she just left the building and was gone for about 20 minutes. She’s obviously high on something. I Went today & again slurring not making sense, slouching back in her chair and being so rough like she couldn’t concentrate very well. I got up and Walked out, told her politely that I was going to leave and she demanded that I pay her for cutting my Grown out acrylics and filing them down which took her forever because she was dropping stuff and just being so slow.

I went with my mom not so long ago and the owner took forever to start on my mom in fact kept delaying her and went to rest in the back and took other costumers when we made an appointment. She got her husband to do her nails. By the time we have to paid the owner kept insisting that we paid in cash or in Zelle or anything else but card and kept throwing a fit when we said we only have card it was uncomfortable, never going back.

Went in for a pedicure with a good friend, this was my first time ever going in. A man was performing my pedicure, he managed to make my big toes feel like they have been cut up. He pulled the skin in between my skin and the nail and cut my cuticle down too short. I said stop. He barely listened, he insisted that my usual nail salon did not know how to remove the skin or they just ignore it. I do not have ingrown toe nails, I declined nail polish after the alcohol he sprayed on my toes hurt horribly. It just made my day the worst and now it being day 2 my toes are hurting so so bad. Never again.

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to. The whole staff is kind, warm, and friendly, and treat you like family. They go above & beyond continuously and do the most INCREDIBLE, through job. They are efficient, very clean, and take their time.
