The employee was rough with nails and just peeled the nails off, do not recommend using this salon. The nails were uneven and the shape was off. Some nails were pointy and some were round.

Critical: QualityI normally don’t write reviews. But today i had to. I was there on Monday 1/10/2020 around 6:30pm. I told the Lady i want to get SNS (Dip powder) manicure. She brought CnC gel. I told her again i wanted SNS. She keeps showing me CnC. I was like whatever. I can go with Gel, not the end of the world. When i got home i wanted to show my sister & saw the top gel started to come off. I wasn’t able to go back until Thursday sine i sometimes work reston area. When i went on Thursday, the lady remembered me but she said she is gonna charge me $25.00 if she fixes everything. Or she can do regular for free. I told her to remove every thing and left. I will never and ever come back to this place. Every time i get my nails done over there, i have issues with my nails. I normally don’t write reviews. But today i had to. I was there on Monday 1/10/2020 around 6:30pm. I told the Lady i want to get SNS (Dip powder) manicure. She brought CnC gel. Really depends on who you get here. I have been here probably 6 times because it is right near my house. Every time Phuong does my nails, she is sloppy and makes my cuticles bleed. Very disappointed with the last dip set she did for me. Very hit or miss.

I’ve went to this place a couple of times. I usually just get a gel manicure. The first time I went the nail technician soaked my fingers in dirty water and then worked with my wet hands over newpaper. Newspaper, nail dust and wetness is a very gross unsettling feeling. The second time they were very busy and the lady barely worked on my nails. She rushed the polish and half of my thumb was painted, she immediately took someone after so I wasn’t able to get it fixed. Friendly but not very relaxing, clean, or good quality of the service your getting.

I’ve been going to Fantastic Nails since 2007 and will not be returning after my experience today. One week ago, I got a gel manicure. A week later, the sides are peeling and there are several chips. I explained the issue to the technician, Water, expecting that she would redo the manicure since the work was subpar. Instead, she and several other technicians argued with me. They told me the manicure looked “normal” for one week. I know that this is untrue. I have had at least 10 gel manicures at his location with the same technician, which lasted 3-4 weeks. When she refused to redo the work, I asked them to remove the chipping polish and refund my money. Not only did they refuse, they told me they were going to *charge* for removing the chipped gel.

I’ve been going here for over three years. I come every two weeks. These ladies are great! I recommend making an appointment as they do get busy. They accept walk-ins but don’t get mad when you have to wait. I’ve received manis and pedis from everyone here. They are very thorough and sanitary. If you decide you don’t like the way a color looks after they paint it on a nail just tell them and they will fix it too! Very clean salon

I went for a pedicure today. Staff was friendly, welcoming and I was seated immediately. No WAIT, YAY!! 🙂 I was comfortable and they did things with my feet that most places don’t (went above and beyond what expected for a plain old pedicure). Great prices as well. I highly recommend to everyone. I’ll definitely go there when I get married to have myself and all my bridesmaids done!

I’ve been to this place about 10-15 times and in terms of service, it depends on who it is you get. Some of the nail technicians such as Water, are friendly and make an effort to talk to you and truly would like you to have a good experience and then there are others who just want to get the job done and the customers end up feeling rushed.

Very disagreeable experience here. We were told “no wait” when we entered and ended up waiting an hour. Website said pedicure is $25, we were charged $33. Charged $5 for a quick swipe of the razor – a procedure that is gratis and standard anywhere else (or, at least at Heidi’s up the street.) Extreme language barrier, and no attempt is made to help the client understand what is being said. Hideous customer service. A shrug in response to the lamentable wait time. Belligerence in response to the bill dispute. Of course we ended up paying what they demanded. We wouldn’t cross a 5 inch strip of sidewalk to enter this place again. Run away!
