My ANC was done once by the guy who works there, I’d give them about a 4. They were fine. The next time I got ANC from the young girl – I wish I could give less than 0 stars. Bubbly, thick coats. I think she might have dipped one finger 5x. Never again. Started chipping within 2 days.
