Been coming here for years, and usually am not specific with which girl I want. I gave the younger girl a try a few times and have been very dissatisfied. She does it so quick and seems like she is in a hurry, no attention to detail. I showed her a picture of what the other girls usually do and she didn’t even look at it. She was done in under a minute, and ended up leaving me with uneven eyebrows. Somebody else reviewed mentioned they don’t even look at your eyebrows and this is 100% true now lately. It feels like they will give you what they want not what you want.

I have come here about four times now and they don’t even take the time to look at your eyebrows they just start ripping the hair out. The most recent time I went in (09/02/22) I asked her to fix one thing and she end up making my eyebrows completely different than each other and made my left eyebrow bleed. Their way to rough and don’t even care about what your eyebrows look like. I’m not coming back here ever again. The price is also different every single time.

I have been coming here for many years every 3-4 weeks for my brows. My last 4-5 visits have not been good. Today (6-28-22 around 3:30) being the worst. I now have straight thin brows. I’m not happy. I sat in the waiting room and another lady came in after me, she got the lady I was supposed to have. The lady I should have had went to the back to get a younger girl to do mine. My brows are too thin, and too straight. She didn’t even give me a mirror to look or apply soothing cream. I guess I will be finding a new place. They also raised the price.

I went in on 7/8/22 to get my eyebrows threaded. I usually go in on Thursdays so that the young lady that opens can do my eyebrows (she’s the best one in there I now know). This particular day the owner was on there (Gogi) and she has done them in the past so I didn’t mind her doing them. Oh was I wrong to go to her. She messed my eyebrows up, and on top of that she gave herself a $5 tip. I signed my receipt for $15 and put a line through the tip section. I will never go back to them again! If I want to tip someone I will, but don’t just take it. At that point you are stealing. If you visits this shop, be sure to check your accounts!

I just came in to get my full face waxed because my normal spot (brow bar) is busy. I asked what parts of the face they cover and the man at the front couldn’t give me a straight answer. He seemed unsure about what the $40 service covered. I then asked the woman threading and she said she covers brows, sideburns, neck, upper lip, and chin. I took off my mask, she looked at me with surprise and said “oh wow, no, this is too much. I would have to take an hour and charge $100. Sorry.” Meanwhile, I’ve been getting my face threaded regularly for four years. Brow Bar has never had trouble with my hair and can thread a full face in 20 minutes tops. This was an embarrassing and upsetting experience. I will never return to this place because they have terrible service and incompetent staff.
