I’ve been using this salon for 21 years but won’t anymore. Went for the same trim I always do. Tried to charge me $29 instead of the $19 because I didn’t ask for a “dry trim” so she used the water bottle to wet my hair while cutting as they always did. New owner charges for the water. Eyebrow waxing is now $11 sorry can get cheaper than that. Sad that new ownership has done this. Lost long time customer.
