I allowed my 13 year old to get a henna tattoo since she begged me. I should have known off the rip not to proceed as the women was so rude while on the phone when we asked about the henna tattoos. She just handed us a book while on the phone so we can pick a design. My daughter wasn’t given any instructions, the design was rushed and smudged together it was awful. This job was worth zero dollars, the customer service is trash…this place should be shut down immediately.

I stoped to fantastic brow yesterday which I wish I would have never stopped. The lady ruined my eyebrows and she barely left any. My eyebrows are not equal and are so soo thin. I was so sad, really about to cry. She didn’t even apologize or cared. I feel they shouldn’t keep people without any experience people that just know how to thread bc this is messing with people appearance . This was such an bad experience and I would never go back!

The lady burned my arm. I have burns on my arms. I did complain that it was hot, but she said my skin was too sensitive. I do not recommend this place at all. This beauty salon is trash !!!! Body waxing

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value”Fantastic” brow is anything but fantastic. My eyebrows looked better before I came in. I never typically write reviews, but this place was so astoundingly bad that I feel the need to warn others. The woman who did my eyebrows was not friendly from the start, and took less than five minutes for a full eyebrow thread. Typically when I get my eyebrows done it takes 15-20 minutes. When she was finished, she did not hand me a mirror or ask me if they look okay, but simply barked “DONE”. I’m not sure why she was rushing considering there were no other customers in the salon. I looked at my eyebrows in the mirror and pointed out to her that one had patches of hair missing, and that they were not symmetrical. One eyebrow is now thinner than the other. She replied “that’s just how your eyebrows look” and did not offer a refund or even a simple apology. Save yourself the time and energy of going here and pluck your eyebrows at home. Make sure next time you are in the Milford area and want your eyebrows done to book an appointment with Studio Brow which is located in the same mall. “Fantastic” brow is anything but fantastic. My eyebrows looked better before I came in. I never typically write reviews, but this place was so astoundingly bad that I feel the need to warn others. I rated this place 1 star because I am not able to rate it with zero stars. I asked for them to clean my eyebrows and just leave them thick, but they did the complete opposite, and took more hair than they had too and left them extremely thin. When I looked into the mirror I was absolutely terrified of how horrible they did my eyebrows, my mood was completely ruined. The lady’s here are not professional and I do not recommend this place at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awful experience. The lady wore her face mask under her chin the entire time I was there. She didn’t wash her hands in between customers and I don’t think she used Lysol on my chair after someone else had sat in it but she used Lysol on a different chair after someone left. Very inconsistent with the disinfecting. I got threading done for the first time and I’m sure she was supposed to wipe down my eyebrows with alcohol before starting and she didn’t. Those are health violations. She also missed some hairs that I then had to go home and pluck myself. She took off more eyebrow than was necessary as well. I was better off with my untamed eyebrows. I’m hoping they fully grow back to their natural state. I was furious when I left. Unprofessional and unclean.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.When I went to get eyelash extensions they kept ignoring me after telling them multiple times that my eyes were burning and bloodshot red I had to go to hoco and my eyes were red and irritated the entire time I went the next day to get them removed and they burned my eye and picked off the lashes to the point of tears I will never return and I hope y’all won’t either

This place is horrible. I do not recommend. At all. The lady in there is very rude & not only that I had gotten my eyelashes done, she said it will last 2 weeks; 3 hours after I got them done they had started to fall out. 7 hours after I got them done they all fell out & ripped my natural lashes with them. Now I have barely any natural lashes left & my eyelash bands hurt. I tried to call numerous of times and nobody picked up the phone. I read another review & someone had a similar experience & had said when she went down there to get refunded they told her they don’t want to. Unbelievable. I will be contacting the TV ad for this company as well. I finally got ahold of them after 10 times of calling & they told me no they won’t refund the money.
