Wonderful experience from the moment I entered salon. Welcoming. Took the time to discuss with me my hairstyle, color and what cut and color I wanted today since it was my first visit. Melissa took her time and was meticulous in the service she provided. Took the time to explain step-by-step, what she was doing as well as educating me on hair and products. My hair looks and feels amazing! Highly recommend Melissa for cut and/or color services.

I only go to this salon to get my hair done! I love all the ladies, they are very friendly. I normally go to Gabby she does a great job, but I’ve been to the other ladies as well and they’re awesome too. The price is very reasonable. I’ve been going here for 2 years and I’ve never had a problem.

I had a horrible experience. I had a Groupon and was told that someone would come in to do my hair on the day I wanted it done. From the moment I walked in I was told “you know they’re coming in on their day off just for you…..” I didn’t ask anyone to do that. I bought full highlights and a cut. She chopped my long hair off in 2 cuts under 5 minutes, it was completely uneven. Then she told me that there was no way I would get my hair to look like the picture I had brought. That I would have to come back for another appointment and she would do half now, charge me another $55 for the next appointment so I had to could come back for her to fix it. As I sat there with her doing my hair, she asked me who had recently done my hair and I said my grandma (who is a beautician) she told me it looked horrible. Then another of her clients came in and I was pushed aside with maybe 6 or 7 strands of hair in foil when I had paid for full highlights as she worked on the other client. (and here I thought she had come in for me ) She asked me what I did for a living and told me oh, you can afford to get your hair done, why aren’t you? She kept attacking me for using a Groupon and saying never to do that and told my niece (who was with me) she should never had referred me with a Groupon and how terrible that was. Next I was taken to have my hair washed. The woman was on her cell phone speaking in a different language while trying to wash my hair the entire time. Water was cold. Once done she brought me back and kept saying how good it looked and that my hair had looked “like scum” before and now it looks great and so much better and my boyfriend will love it. I had a crooked cut and maybe 7 or 8 highlights. I left and went somewhere else directly after this went to get my hair done correctly and now it looks gorgeous. This place is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Will never return here.

Critical: ProfessionalismHaven’t been to this salon, but I bought a Groupon to get my hair done here and when I called to make an appointment they denied me because they are under staffed. She said they aren’t doing any Groupon appointments until AUGUST. Wish it would have said that on Groupon or on their website since I literally checked it for that exact information before I bought the Groupon. I’m sure the salon is fine. But they lost my business since they wouldn’t even let me book my appointment for when they ARE accepting Groupon clients.I just moved to the area, too, and was looking for a new permanent stylist. Will be returning the Groupon and looking elsewhere. Melissa straightened my hair with a “Brazilian” treatment. It was about a month ago and I forgot to post a review..but maybe it’s better that I waited so I can tell you how my hair is doing weeks later! It is FABULOUS! My hair remains strait an frizz free!
