These girls also give me the shape I want and for the most part their designs are on point. The only negative thing I have to say they need to work on is that some times there is one employee that a bit short with customers (I cannot remember her name) she is very limited on the designs that she is willing to do and not do which affects the clientele I also don’t really care for their pedicures, there’s nothing wrong with them but they aren’t out of this world. However the rest of the staff is lovely And I’m mostly happy with my nails looking amazing!

The woman stayed late to finish my nails was kind and said it’s was okay that I couldn’t leave a cash tip to not worry about it. I also looked at the girl next to me getting her set done and it was so pretty. So my experience was good. update: now I’ve been going here 2x a month. My nails are always what I asked for and the guy that works here does great nails and pedicures too. Plus I bring my baby they remembered her name and always treat her nice and help me with her to get my nails done. Doesn’t matter the time they do so good and fast without rushing you. I drive from Staten Island to here and I always will. Thank u guys !

Got my nails gone for vacation and am very disappointed. As you can see, my nails are all different lengths and they’re not straight. Not to mention, I got charged $40 for uneven nails AND cut up cuticles (pictures are day after). Would not recommend this place. First and last time coming here.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhatever you do, do NOT go to them. I asked the nail tech repeatedly to stop filing this spot on my nail and she kept saying that she had to do it in order to get the shape. I told her it was ok for that one to not be sharp and she continued. She would NOT listen! She also continued to role her eyes. I wanted to leave at that point but told myself to be patient. Then after the gel was on, she started filing again in the same spot and when I saw that it was BLEEDING IN TWO PLACES and asked for alcohol, she told me to wait until she was finished filing! At that point I was so upset! In the photos you see it faintly but she filed down my thumb (cuticle) and the edge of my pinky. The reason that this angered me so much is because it happened the last time I went but I just let it go. This time I was determined not to walk out of there bleeding and it happened anyway! She was so disrespectful and said that she didn’t do anything wrong. They are right in my neighborhood, so it’s really convenient, so I hate that I have to find another place, but I will NEVER EVER go there again!Whatever you do, do NOT go to them. I’ve given them a try on 3 different occasions and each time I left asking myself why I even bothered.. they rush through all services and are so rough. My cuticles are cut up from the tech just ripping them off. She left my nails crooked and thick they do not look natural at all. When I told them they were crooked and or to fix them, they barely wanted to fix them and looked at me as if I was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend.

I tried to give these people a shot. Use to come here when i first moved to the neighborhood but after seeing how trash they were time after time i went to a different place. Decided to go here last minute because my lady was all booked. Why do i do this to myself . Got acrylic nails, that came out too thick (done by a guy which i didnt want cuz hes the reason i stopped coming here to begin with) but whatever. Got pressured into getting something i didnt want. After saying no once.. twice.. ended up paying $85 For thick gross white nails with nail art and bling that i never wanted to begin with but was basically forced to get. You come in with a mindset and end up leaving with what THEY want. Lol. Shouldve listened to my instinct, Now im on here rating this place. Never again

Thieves!! They make up prices on the spot and will over charge you. On top of that, they don’t even do nails that good. They talk about you in Spanish, extremely unprofessional. Will never come back here

Today I came a little later but they still stayed and finished my nails although I wanted a design that had stones they would have to place . I know they don’t do appointments but I do prefer to go to a specific nail tech cause she does such a good job! The shape of my nails and everything! (I’m super picky about my nails)! I was the last person in there with them and they didn’t rush my nails neither!

Customer service was trash, they definitely do not do manicures well. Polish already chipping it day 3. The woman cut up my cuticles, over filed my nails down, which I repeatedly asked her not to do cause it would make my nails thin. My nails are uneven and she had the nerve to have attitude. After 2, almost 3 years of being a loyal customer, today is the last day I ever visit this salon. Not only were my nails not even finished, the manager involved me in a disagreement with another customer and still treated me as the bad person when I was the one interpreting what was being said and trying to find a resolution. She even asked me to sit somewhere else to work in another client. Didn’t even complete the fill in or color because the first tech they sat me with is not even a full nail tech. She almost cut me on every finger with the drill just removing my color.
