I’d actually give ZERO stars if I could! But Google won’t let you review without them. I stopped in this shop on my way home for Christmas. I was only going to do an eyebrow wax. But it went so quickly and the lady who did it was flawless! So, I decided to get my nails dipped while I was there. She started taking off the previous dip. Then more people started showing up. SADLY she handed me off to the MOST rude man I have ever had the displeasure of touching my nails! He was talking to other employees, selling gift cards, answering both the shop phone, his personal cell phone, AND reading them while filing my nails!! MY nails mind you! NOT tips! He made BOTH my middle fingers crooked and slanted! I was heartbroken! It takes me quite a while to grow out my nails. He hit my skin with the rotary tool. One so hard it hurt for 4 days after! He kept forgetting what he was doing, dipping a couple extra. He made a phone call to a property manager about a rental he had, and was extremely rude and disparaging towards her! He said his name was Tommy on the phone! He never once addressed me! Except to apologize for stopping only to do it again within 3 minutes! My nails were supposed to be sparkly red and snowy sparkly white! I have explained several times what I wanted! They came out clear sparkle (not at ALL what I wanted!) and YES while there, I told him AND the woman who started them what I wanted! And said these aren’t what I want! And he said well it’s too late you know! No, I don’t know actually!! They’ve been closed so today, I called, asking for a refund! He said come back I can fix it. I said what’re you going to fix, it’s MY nail!! Besides, I’m in Pittsburgh on my way to work! He just began yelling at me! Then had the audacity to say I couldn’t send a picture to his phone! WOW, what an absolute POS!! Then asked who was I he didn’t even know who I am! I said I don’t doubt that, you were too busy on your phone! Then, no matter what I tried to say, he refused to let me speak! Super disappointed all the way around! The photo with my hand around the steering wheel was immediately after!

I was a walk-in today because I ruined a new set (a different salon in NC) from cooking with turmeric. My prior set was sloppy anyway so I hoped someone could fix it. I was put with Tyler and my nails are PERFECT. This is what I wanted the first time. To remove my previous set and give a new one with ombré was only $55! Tyler was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor. It’s a shame I live in PA, but I will definitely be back.

Not only did my guy fix the shape, he took his time was way super gentle!!!! Wish I had a before and after…they also did a great job on my daughters multi color nails. They also have 2 little chairs doe pedi’s! Will return and highly recommend

Wait wasn’t bad at all for a Friday but that’s about all that was good about this place, they never asked us what type of pedicure we wanted and just did it and rushed through it I spent more time waiting than the actual service. I had to tell then 3 different times the color I picked and then proceeded to tell me that “next time I need to remember the name of the color” the staff wasn’t friendly at all and they used dirty utensils on us the pumis stone had literally been used on the client before me I obviously asked for a new one that’s ridiculous so needless to say will never be coming back here.

The person was rude and watched her phone the whole time while doing my nails. I was cut by the file 8 times. They also used the wrong color. When i asked for a discount because of there mistakes they gave me $5 off and said don’t come back. I am completely offended! Don’t go there! Dip powder

Not super happy with my experiences here. The staff are always super friendly, and the environment is very clean. When I went today, I asked for a white to purple ombre. They said they could only do purple to white, which I agreed to. However, I ended up with simply purple nails with white French tips. Still pretty, but no ombre to be seen. They are still pretty, but nothing like what I originally wanted. The shape of my nails are nice though. The atmosphere was not very relaxing however. Not entirely thrilled

There was miscommunication My granddaughter’s nails had to be done twice bc they were done wrong the 1st time & then bc they had to done over they rushed thru them & it shows This was our 2nd visit 1st one was great The wait time tho is lengthy even if you make an appt.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey do a good enough job on your nails but they don’t speak enough English to have a conversation about your manicure or pedicure. If you have a question or a request that is slightly beyond what they normally do, it won’t get done because they don’t understand you what you are asking and they make no effort to try to understand your request. If spend $60 for a mani and pedi, I want it to be what I want, not just what you know to do. For example, they ask if you want your nails cut down… but if I say, I want them cut down but I want them all cut down to the length of the shortest nail, they don’t understand that. Then I get nails that are all different lengths.
