So last night I decided to try a new place out for a haircut. I waited 45 minutes when I walked in, only 3 people were in there. In which I didn’t mind at all, i’m a very patient person. When it becomes my turn, I step up on the seat and she begins my haircut. So I had to tell this lady and repeat myself to her 3 times before she started. And she STILL messed it all up. I told her low fade, .5 on the bottom and 3 on top with a trim. She completely ruined my hair and I’m livid. Now it’s the middle of her cutting my hair I told her I wanted the trim shorter and she rudely said “THIS IS THE LAST TIME”. Just because I wanted to make sure I was getting my moneys worth she had to be very rude to me. I hope she sees this so she can fix her attitude. I don’t want future customers to experience the same thing. You will never get business from me again nor any of my family members. I was still kind enough to tip her very well and say have a good night.
