Unfortunately with my experiences I’d have to give them a 1 star. The gentleman that’s always answering the phone Brian, isn’t very kind. Aside from that I continued to come here for the last two years and spend my money. They make you pull out cash from their ATM. And if you don’t they’ve always told me to bring cash. Recently the woman who has always did my pedicures the last two years started doing my gel manicures. (Julie) BY THE WAY SHES NOT LICENSED, their are two more smaller older ladies who do pedicures aren’t as well. She had gotten upset with me mid manicure about not being satisfied with the color difference from the pallet to actual nail, looked completely different, and began to cut four of my nails while filing with the file gun leaving me bleeding and burning. She then apologized once I spoke up about her cutting me out of anger and hurt me mind you she’s done my nails before. Multiple times! The manager heard me (Kelly) and then Kelly took me in her booth. Kelly began constantly apologizing to me, stated it’s not the first time it’s happened and asked me to please come back and not to let this experience ruin my business with them. So I did accept the apology and tipped everyone including Julie, the next few days I came back for a pedicure and Julie was occupied so I got someone else, no big deal until I watched this woman tried to used SOILED tools on me when I asked her to please swamp them she said she sprayed it with alcohol and if I wanted her to used a completely clean pack of tools. Which of course I would want her too?!? After that I just asked for an ingrown to be cut which was not cut, she got upset, I then asked Julie (whom was still busy) but I said whenever she was done with her customer she told me to wait two mins and came over to help me which she took it out and then Kelly finished my pedicure. Overall this place isn’t very pleasant, I would rather let you guys know the truth coming from a regular customer here. It’s a very hostile environment. So just beware! Also very immature employees by calling me at work to tell me I was being difficult when all I asked was for a sanitary experience.

worse experience yet… the guy did awful job on my nails he didnt even cover my whole nail . my pedicure was not as bad but didnt even get a full treatment and when i conplained about the nailsy cursed at me and cut them with clippers..i will never go back there

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valueif u plan to come here get an appointment with kelly. If not then don’t bother because everyone else here does not do a good job and are very rude when asked to fix it. Kelly has to be running back and forth fixing everyone’s mistakes. I think she just need a better and more qualified staff. I was here for 3 hours and i’m leaving with plain nails and toes. you’d think painting toes would be easy but this man was clearly brand new and still managed to messed them up leaving them lumpy and uneven. I had to ask to take it off and even the design on my nail because the lady didn’t care to follow or look at the design I asked for. I am beyond disappointed and upset.Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nailsif u plan to come here get an appointment with kelly. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy wife and I have been loyal customers for the past 2.5 years (even during the pandemic).They gave us a stern chastising when we cancelled an appointment (just one time).We always make appointments ahead of time to have priority. Then we noticed that they not only do not honor appointments, but they also do not honor customer service.They are all about the “all mighty dollar.”They put “walk-ins” before appointment customers (hypocritically making us wait). They are consistently short-handed with staff and they have old unskilled personnel that are very rough and cut you.I have walked out a few times and now my wife is fed up with them as well.We can spend our money anywhere, but we chose to patronize them — even during a pandemic.NOT ANY MORE!We are seeking new mani-pedi options now.I strongly recommend that you AVOID the horrible negative experiences.Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures, Acrylic nailsMy wife and I have been loyal customers for the past 2.5 years (even during the pandemic). …More

This salon has been here for many years. The owner has upgraded and remodeled. All of the girls are nice, meticulous, and attentive. They will take good care of you and quickly. Most importantly, the atmosphere is happy. You don’t get a sense that they are talking about you, (like in most nail salons) The owner is happy and bubbly. good vibes I recommend calling to make an appointment. the news has spread so they tend to get busy quickly now.
