Poor service. Tech would take numerous breaks and come back each time reeking of cigarettes, probably didn’t even wash his hands. Dip nails, no tips didn’t even last 5 days. All but three were cracked or chipped. Tried to have them make it tight on my day off they were too busy.

Product quality is not good! I got my nails done Tuesday, and they started chipping the next day. I came back to remove them. An employee convinced me to try another color, to which I agreed. I would certainly not return here but before I leave I wanted to share feedback so others can be spared. I got my nails on Thursday 9 May. And look at the picture already. I did not wait 40min, pay $50 plus tip to get this result. This was my first and last time here. The gentleman obviously did not do his job. The top transparent coat began to crack on the 3rd day and today one of my tip fell off and the other index finger is chipped.

I got my nails done recently here and the person who did them did a great job. I go in today for a fill, done by someone else who seemed to have been having a bad day. The work that was done was not good and could’ve been better just like the service that was provided.
