Love this spot! Fantastic client support and incredible work! The nails specialists are truly perfect and give you accurate what you request without having additional strain in getting extra administrations. You can perceive these individuals care about their clients and that is not normal for all nail places. Happy I tracked down this area and as long as I live midtown they have a regular client in me! Costs are respectable also.

Brian is the absolute best!!! I hadn’t gotten my nails done in at least 7 years and in the 15 years I’d lived here I hadn’t really had great experiences. I tried multiple places and they were either meh, or really expensive for poor quality. I was nervous to try again, but was looking to treat myself. I started going in November and haven’t been disappointed! I always get an hombre dip and do different colors every time! Brian is always happy to see me and has great suggestions if I get stuck picking colors!!! Five stars aren’t enough!!!

My experience wasn’t the best, but I tried to stay positive. I called ahead asking for a gel manicure availability & they assured me to walk-in since they weren’t busy. I did so, they tried to attend to me as soon as I got there but they seemed busy. One man was alternating doing my nails and another clients nails. I assured him It was okay I wasn’t in a rush, (I didn’t want a rush job) he tried. Then a lady took over, did my color paint & then when it got to filing my natural nails to the “round shape” I asked for she didn’t notice she was piercing my skin with the filer. I immediately removed my hand and it started to bleed. She went on to do the other nails and started getting another finger so, Immediately pulled away since I knew where it was going and said, “it’s okay, the shape is okay.” (So I could essentially stop being cut from the filer). She however, proceeded & tried to brush it off. I washed my hands, it bled worse. The man checked me out, charged me full price asked what happen, showed him, he apologized and proceeded to payment. I had a $5 coupon that encouraged me to try them out and ended up using it & leaving both the people that “worked” on my gel manicure a combined tip of $5 (the coupon value).

The people were nice but the quality of the manicure was quite poor. I arrived at 7:10 and left at 7:24. My manicure took roughly 10 minutes. I’ll go in detail with what happened. 1. My nails were cut and filed (kind of unevenly, as you’ll be able to tell from the pictures) 2. They were put in just water and then cuticle skin was picked off 3. Lotion was put on my arms and they were massaged (there wasnt really any lotion ending up on my hands).

The staff is nice. I usually get my powder dip nails here because they always do a good job. The nails look good but sometimes they do accidentally cut you. They have a good color selection. Powder dip with fake nails costs $36 + tip.
