Thick, uneven, misshaped acrylic nails. Gel polish is lumpy and smudged and the design is sloppy and is not what I asked for. If they couldn’t do hearts they should have told me. $45 dollars wasted

Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years for acrylics and this past year every time I’ve asked the ladies if they can do an acrylic set they always put me with the man that works here and I’ve never one left satisfied, they are always at least two nails crooked. Yesterday I got them done and it was so awful I teared up in the middle of the salon. When it came to painting the color I chose a dark red and it came out bright red when I said I don’t like it and want a different color I chose a dark wine color or so I thought because of the bottle but it was still a brighter red. When I asked for a darker color he offered me black and started to roll his eyes and become very rude to the point where I just asked for no color and painted them myself at home. I should’ve have honestly left without paying because it was ridiculous. The set is put on the the nails are extending upward and are almond shaped when I asked for oval. It seems like they don’t know their shapes bc the last time when I was getting square and asked for it to be skinnier he kept telling me that it was coffin and would not file it until I agreed to a coffin shape. A couple mintier after I left one of my nails already chipped. Definitely will never be coming back and will never recommend this place

Really, the only thing good was the price. I guess u get what u pay for as they say. I had a gelish polish change on my REAL nails. She used the dremel on them and then buffed!! She killed my real nails ive worked so hard to grow!! The shape of my nails we all unever and crooked and the paint job was terrible. I have since shaped my own nails so it doesnt look as bad. They are next to a music lessons store so, if u dont mind hearing kids practice loud drums and guitars then the place is for you. I also didnt see any sanatizing of instrument’s and the place was very dingy. I wanted to try a new place but sadly, i will not be returning.

My nail shape was perfect but my nails started to discolor. They were white,but now they have a pink tint to them. They were overall a bit sloppy with the painting of my nails as well.
