I could not be happier with the way my nails came out. I can’t stop staring at them. I don’t usually get my nails done and the last two times I did, I tried new places and left disappointed. They came out okay but they could never seem to replicate the picture I brought in. Kim is amazing. She came in early and exceeded my expectations. I did not feel uncomfortable telling her what I wanted and she genuinely cared if I liked my nails. My nails actually look like what I asked for and I love them. I will definitely be back!

I don’t know but I had this new guy. I couldn’t complain and help him help me any more than I tried. Every nail uneven. No bottom base color. Worst nails I ever got. Suppose to be round. Not square demented. I am getting redone with my usual place Thursday. No hand massage. Thicker than normal. Unhappy but don’t have extra time. Had to go… like what just happened. I wanted French but how. Said never mind.

$48 for a fill and hr and a half wait time with an appointment. After setting an appointment for 4pm and arriving 10 minutes prior, I then had to sit and wait for and additional hr and a half after my appointment time. This haven’t been the first time I made an appointment and was seen well after my appointment time even after showing up early. I had arrived 10mins early to my appointment sat and waited 1hr 30mins after that time, then had to wait an extra 10mins because the owner had to do a quick manicure for someone who had an “appointment” as if I didn’t as well. Fast forward to the nails I was asked if I wanted my nails cut I said no leave the length and make them narrow. She said coffin I said no not coffin just narrow back to the shape I had before I which was NOT coffin. She shaped them then hurriedly painted my nails after her 6oclock appt walked in. Added some oil on my cuticles which my hand was still a bit dusty from the last filing smoothening. I went to pay and my total was $48 for a fill which is usually about 38$ I asked why is it 48 she said the fill plus the coffin shape I said I said no coffin. Just regular narrow. She then said oh I’ll refund you then twice swiped my card and said it’s not letting her refund me the 5$. She wanted to give me a credit for next visit. I didn’t want a credit I wanted my refund cause I knew I wouldn’t be returning. I walked out of there very disappointed. I will not be returning. Considering this haven’t the first time I go there with an appointment and had to wait more than 30+ mins to be seen…. And now was OVER CHARGED for a fill a simple fill. The size of my nails are all diff sizes

Amazing how you can have a great experience one time and a horrible experience the next. My pedicure lacked attention by the tech and she actually ripped my skin open and made me bleed! I had to tell her my foot was bleeding and to stop!! She never apologized! I will not go back and I do not recommend this salon!!!

Took my daughter for an acrylic full set, her appointment was for 6pm but she waited nearly 45 minutes for Kim to finish with two other customers. Kim was rushing and her acrylics only lasted 4 days… definitely wasn’t worth the $80! Acrylic nails, Nail art
