While the facility was clean and they were taking necessary precautions with the pandemic, the quality of the service was lacking customer service and professionalism. I got French tips and the coating was uneven and messy. Instead of redirecting my hand to where the tech needed it, my hand was slapped away. For the price I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my friends or family.

I have been getting my nails done there ever since I could get a full set and they are amazing even though once tracy did cut me she said sorry so many times and I was like it’s fine. My review will always be a five star and will never change to anything lower because they are amazing people and I know them really well because my mom has always got her nails done there so yes and she is friends with them and Andy tried pom trees before and they looked good for how small my nails were.

Me and my two friends went to Fancy nails last week. We were excited to try a new place, but as the time went on, we were dissatisfied with the service. Not only was the quality bad, but the service was horrible. The lady was extremely rude and very rough with our nails. She seemed like she was in a rush. Another thing, when my friend posted an honest review, the owner replied by bashing me (the girl with sweaty hands aka hyperhidrosis). First of all, if you’re going to work with hands, you should be familiar with problems that some clients may have. While they were doing my nails, they mentioned the sweat a few times, which is fine, I understand that it can be annoying sometimes. But, if you’re going to go online and call a client out because of something they cannot control, you shouldn’t even have a business. Bashing your customers is bad for business. Talk about being uneducated.
