Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here thinking it was a good place. The woman kept throwing my hands back at me when switching. Harassed me for changing my mind on the shape and made fun of me for having let too much time pass since a fill. She also wouldn’t tel me the price of a gel fill and filed past the nail bed on a broken nail so badly I jumped out of the chair and was in pain. She gave me attitude the entire time and when charging me $45 she kept the change and made it awkward when I didn’t want to tip as she was awful. Also, I got a bit of an infection on one nail after this manicure. I came here thinking it was a good place. The woman kept throwing my hands back at me when switching. Harassed me for changing my mind on the shape and made fun of me for having let too much time pass since a fill. She also wouldn’t tel me the price of a gel fill and filed past the nail bed on a broken nail so badly I jumped out of the chair and was in pain. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been looking for a local nail salon for a while now, I was going out of town and paying over 40 freaking dollars just for a fill! I go to Hannaford all the time so I figured I’d give them a try and I’m so happy I did! I called and made an appointment which I ended up running late so I called to see if they could still take me and they were very polite and understanding. I really don’t understand how there are all these bad reviews because my experience was completely the opposite. Julie and Kent were so sweet and I was out of there in less than an hour and when I say my nails were bad it’s an understatement! 2 of them needed to be replaced and one of them Kent did and then right before they were ready to paint he didn’t like how one of them looked so he went through the trouble to take it off and replace that one also. I left there very happy and definitely excited I found a place like them right down the street from my house. In bringing my mom back with me next time and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. I would definitely recommend checking them out! I have been looking for a local nail salon for a while now, I was going out of town and paying over 40 freaking dollars just for a fill! I go to Hannaford all the time so I figured I’d give them a try and I’m so happy I did! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was there a couple of weeks ago and Lynn did my nails and it looked absolutely stunning!! and Tom did my toes and they still look as fresh as they were when i first go them done! I would recommend anyone to this place! Especially with the two people I mentioned
