Got my nails done here and all the employees are very nice but my nails came out crooked. I had asked her to fix a couple that day but was kind of bothered that I kept having to ask so I just went with it. It was so bad even my husband noticed so I went back the next day to get them “fixed” and literally all they did was take a nail file and file it down a little bit they didn’t do anything to actually fix them and didn’t even bother to reapply any polish or clear coat. This is ridiculous, awful service and 10 out of 10 do not recommend them to anyone and I will not be back. Do not use Tina.

Got acrylic nails and they look super nice and have held up well, staff was accommodating and the shop was clean. My only issue was that I paid $55 for a manicure and they didn’t do any cuticle or nail prep, or do lotion or anything like other places I’ve gone have done in a similar price range.

I really wish zero stars was an option. I went in 3 1/2 weeks ago for a full set. Told the lady that I wanted the powder color, she talked me into the shellac. Walked out super happy with how my nails looked. But I broke a nail 3 weeks ago. No biggie it happens so I went back Monday and paid for the repair and a color change. Less than 24 hours later the shellac was peeling. Go back Tuesday and have it redone. Lady also changed the shape of my nails which I didn’t want. Not even 6 hours later the shellac is peeling again. Call and let them know I’ll be back in on Thursday and I want the powder color. Get told ok come in and they will fix it.

I’ll never go back.. pregnant and just wanted a nice pedicure. Specifically asked for just my feet rubbed.. MULTIPLE times.. she continued rubbing my legs literally as I’m telling her “no, no, no, stop, just my feet”..She cut my right toenail almost halfway off so my toenails are completely UNEVEN and it looks like I have a nub. On top of my terrible experience, my friend somehow left with only the clear top coat on one foot so she looks like one foot is painted matte and one painted shiny… worst place ever.

I wanted something and I got something else which I’m sure was to their benefit because I paid well over a $100 for a basic pedicure and fills nails… I ended up receiving a new full set instead and this is fine- but with an explanation as to WHY and this wasn’t my first “bad” experience!! Website indicates they open at 12:00 on Sunday. Got there right at noon and there are already 6 ppl getting pedicures. Waited 45 minutes to finally get my pedicure. Lady was rude and I think she was the owner because she kept telling everyone else what to do. Was not paying any attention to me and rushed me out. This morning half of my nail polish had come off. I should probably go back and make them fix it but I’m never going back to that place. At one point while I was waiting I put my feet on the area they work on them because I was tired of them being in the water and she snapped at me telling me to put them back in the water. I should’ve walked out at that point

I picked Fancy Nails to be the 1st place I’ve EVER gone to have a pedicure and the entire experience was horrible. The language barrier was most difficult to deal with. Which to be honest was not the problem, unfortunately my nail tech could not understand me nor could I understand her.
