Normally a great experience but this is the worst gel manicure. Had it Thursday and by Saturday it is chipping and peeling. Couldn’t come in today because I have a sick child and of course they are closed tomorrow even though everything online says they are open. I pray they make this right

Went in as a walk-in and had a small wait. Everyone was busy and kind. They said it wouldn’t be long. It wasn’t. The guy who did mine and my sister’s pedi was always asking and making sure nothing was hurting us. I will definitely go back!!!

Nice and friendly but ALL techs should give excellent service as the owner does! Certain other tech rushes and gives incomplete satisfaction. Polish still wet and your feet are rough and “catching” the sheets on same night…not a good feeling! You’ll have to come back or correct it yourself. Again, ALL techs SHOULD be as excellent as the owner because he can’t service EVERYONE but other techs lackluster performance is a reflection on the salon. I’m not the only one with this complaint.

Absolutely terrible, the only good thing about it is fact that there is a dollar store next door! Went there 3 times, got a terrible infection 2 of those times. They don’t clean the tools after each customer, the desk is full of dust and shavings and clippings from other customers before. Nails all over the floor, my friend got a planters wart after getting a pedi. There is a dog that runs around, so there is hair everywhere, and there owners little kids are always there so she will stop doing your nails in the middle of the time, she also multitasks if they are busy and will do multiple peoples nails at once. Careful because she’s shaved off my skin before with her tools, and when i had the infections, she blamed them on me and popped it with a dirty tool, said that I pulled something, and I know I didn’t. Never going back, i’d rather go to walmart and buy nails
