They got me in which I was grateful for but then he was rushed because they got busy. The design was supposed to be a simple leopard on the tip of two nails. When it got done it looked like someone slopped on splatter paint. I had to have them fixed somewhere else. I also had one nail ripping and he said it was strong enough and only dipped two coats. It ripped painfully two days later. I will never go back.

They did a great job with mine and both of my daughters nails. It was my girls (6&7) first time and they were patient and sweet with them. They offer a great 12&under deal for a mani and pedi. Definitely will be back!

Wow! Totally jealous of all the people that get to come to this place. I live in Missouri and I am here working. Needed my nails done saw this place close to my hotel and write can I just say that my nails looks amazing. The best job I have ever had dinner on my nails. The color is great but the artwork on my designs is absolutely amazing and so beautiful. I love them and I will be coming back for sure. I am going to show the people in Missouri how nails really should be done!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a terrible experience here with my friend today. Came in to get pedicures and dip powder manicures. I will say, the deluxe pedicures we received were amazing. It was all downhill after that! I have had many manicures from local nail salons and the lady doing mine had NO IDEA what she was doing… my fingers/nails are literally sore from how rough she was. It took 2.5+ HOURS just to get “cat eye” design dip powder done!! This was the first time I tried this design, and it was also very apparent it was my lady’s first time too…. Constantly asking for help, having to be shown what to do, very rough, always getting paint on my skin. And, although I’m “okay” with how they turned out, my design is definitely not the “cat eye design” advertised. I had to pay A LOT extra for that design and I didn’t even get it.We wasted a good chunk of our Friday stuck here. We were frequently being made fun of by staff in their language, they were very unprofessional, and they’re very unfair with pricing. Which of course we didn’t know until we were charged for things we either didn’t receive or were not aware were “extra”. The cashier would not budge even tho we were very upset.I will NEVER go back and would never recommend anyone waste their time here. Diamond Nails or L.A. Had a terrible experience here with my friend today. Came in to get pedicures and dip powder manicures. I will say, the deluxe pedicures we received were amazing. It was all downhill after that! I have had many manicures from local nail salons and the lady doing mine had NO IDEA what she was doing… my fingers/nails are literally sore from how rough she was. My 13 year old daughter wanted to get her nailed did, so I took her. I’ve never been to a nail salon before but I’ve heard stories of some being rude. This was not my experience, the guy who help us was kind and very nice. He took care in handling her nails and listened to what she wanted and performed his duties flawlessly. Got a full set of acrylics and they lasted 3 weeks without any lifting or breakage – they broke in the last week but all due to me being hard on them. I’ve been back twice and got the same great nails. I do wish they would have scraped more dead skin off during my pedicure, but it’s really just splitting hairs. I will continue to return for the quality work!
