I hoped to get SNS nails. My nails lasted 4 days and weren’t done properly, much too quickly to even consider them done properly. My cuticles weren’t even done. I paid $73 for SNS nails along with the deluxe pedicure. I did not receive the proper service that I paid the cost for. When I called, they only offered a fill in due to their 3 day policy. I would rather spend my money elsewhere and get a fill in that will be done correctly.

I enjoy coming to this nail salon, they do their job and are quick, but aren’t rushed. It’s always a good atmosphere and every design i’ve asked for they’ve always been able to do. Critical: QualityWhen I went to get my nails done, the lady that did my nails didn’t get the shapes I asked for. She didn’t do the design I wanted correctly, which I can understand that because it’s hard to copy with nail polish. My nails were not curved off at the ends so they’re rough and sharp around the edges. They didn’t use the light to dry my nails they used a fan the size of my hand. This way, they didn’t dry properly and I ended up cutting the paint on the nail after I left. She didn’t do the design I wanted correctly, which I can understand that because it’s hard to copy with nail polish. The staff is very professional and friendly however I believe they lack in the knowledge of doing nails! The pedicure spa is very relaxing and clean! Feels great! When it comes to painting especially designs and nails it’s not so great. They must be new at applying nails. Mine are so crooked and thick I am going to have to have them removed:(
