Critical: QualityWent in for a simple gel manicure. As the employee was painting my nails I saw some patches on the sides that were left unpainted and nail polish overall was patchy. I thought for sure he would clean up the edges on the second coat…he put the top coat on, rubbed lotion on my arms and then at the very end asked if I liked them, not giving me a chance to ask for changes. Went in for a simple gel manicure. As the employee was painting my nails I saw some patches on the sides that were left unpainted and nail polish overall was patchy. I thought for sure he would clean up the edges on the second coat…he put the top coat on, rubbed lotion on my arms and then at the very end asked if I liked them, not giving me a chance to ask for changes. I absolutely love my nails! The nail technician was super detail oriented and very gentle. I chose the color Summer Hot Pink #414 and topped it with Twinkle Star. I will definitely go back to the nail salon.

I’ve been here a few times now, and I haven’t been disappointed. I normally just get a pedi and do my own nails at home but I have a work trip next week so I wanted my nails done too. They got me in before they closed and did my nails and toes at the same time. Both ladies that did my mani and pedi were so sweet and gentle. I came here originally out of convenience because it’s super close to my house but I’ll keep coming because the service is great.

I had a great experience with the nail tech doing my pedicure, but when I got my gel manicure, I was incredibly disappointed. The nail tech muttered rude comments under her breath about me wanting to keep my natural short nails and then cut one of my cuticles bad enough that it kept bleeding constantly. To fix that problem, she painted over the blood and cut, which led to me picking that section off at home to clean the blood from under the polish and clean the cut properly.

They’re all very nice there, however, my dip nails were probably the ugliest $40 I’ve ever spent. They were misshapen and lumpy and I was really disappointed by them. I was hoping to have really nice nails before my date, however, now I have to waste more time to go fix them somewhere. They are WAY overpriced for the “service” that they provide.

I’ve been here for a pedicure and a gel manicure on two different occasions. The pedi was really nice and relaxing but the mani was a whole different story. Nail tech was really rough and cut into my cuticles way too much, a couple of them even bled and the stuff she used to clean them after made them burn. Even the filing was rough and hurt. The nails look good but my fingertips are so sore now
