Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst off I walked in there where three workers but the other one was in the back eating and two of the workers were doing manicure . I’m sitting waiting it’s 11:30am () said oh honey come tomorrow we busy .. i’m looking around busy with what you don’t have anyone oh someone just called to come in 5min ago i said well if she doesn’t show can i get my feet and nails done. She says oh yes honey … 15min later lady is still not here they lady comes from the back and began to call the lady making sure she’s going to come. Lady arrives at 11:50am so now i’m waiting while they take there sweet time. Then another lady comes in to make an appointment for tomorrow she said oh yes what time lady says 9am or 4pm mind you guys she said YES 4pm good wednesday then someone calls she tells the lady one moment she gets off the phone and tells the lady that walk in to make an appointment for wednesday oh noooo we busy tomorrow until friday . Like baby girl you don’t even have costumer to say your busy . This place is very unprofessional….. oh i forgot to mention the lady that arrived 15min later that did her feet got cut with the clippers so maybe i dodged that bullet but anyway no one shouldn’t go through that to get there nails and feet done ! This place is also very dirty . First off I walked in there where three workers but the other one was in the back eating and two of the workers were doing manicure . Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst time at this place today, I was quiet impressed ☺️ Haven’t felt pampered in any other nail salon near my neighborhood. I really loved this place, I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my pedi and mani but she was the sweetest she took good care of me. Made sure my nails look perfect. One of my toe nails wasn’t perfect for her liking so she took off my gel pedi and re did it! I really appreciate her for taking the time to do That. Thank you! First time at this place today, I was quiet impressed ☺️ Haven’t felt pampered in any other nail salon near my neighborhood. I really loved this place, I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my pedi and mani but she was the sweetest she took good care of me. Made sure my nails look perfect. One of my toe nails wasn’t perfect for her liking so she took off my gel pedi and re did it! I really appreciate her for taking the time to do That. Thank you! I will definitely be back.
