I got a pedicure for $25 and they did an amazing job!! I didn’t catch her name but the manicurist was so kind and we had a wonderful conversation. She paid a lot of detail to the preparation of my toes; It didn’t feel like she was just going through the motions but actually taking care of me. The facility was super clean and modern. I just had an upsetting experience here. The oldest woman working (she’s very small and thin, salt and pepper hair) threw a fit because she was doing a sloppy job, and I politely asked her to make sure she paints the entire nail, also to the cuticle. She threw up her hands and stomped away, then asked another manicurist to finish. She was actually MEAN. Of course I couldn’t understand what she was saying, she complained to her coworkers in Vietnamese. The other manicurist who finished was very good. But… yikes! Good luck here!

This place is seriously lacking in customer service. I’ve come here several times and was treated so rudely today. I had an appointment for noon and I had to wait until 12:25 to even be seated. Right before they were finally about to start the pedicure, another woman walked in with a chipped nail and the technician left and started doing her nails at another station even though she walked in 20 mins after me and they were already running 30 mins late for my appointment. When I asked why this had happened they were extremely rude and all 3 ladies started yelling at me saying they are doing the best they can. I simply don’t understand how making someone wait 40 mins after their appointment time is acceptable. And yelling at customers like that is so uncalled for. Stay away!

Susan is a life saver! Not only have I tried every nail salon in the area and hands down this is the best, but she warranties her work. If you break a nail, go back in. I broke 2 nails and went in on 2 separate occasions and she didnt charge me. The salon is clean, the cleanest I’ve seen and PARKING IS EASY!!!! I have replaced Gloss on Sunset with Fancy Nails! No questions asked!

To the person who got pink eye — I’m so sorry you got this (it sucks for sure) but conjunctivitis is a virus. It is just like a cold. It does not come from “dirty” things. PLEASE! Before you write a potentially damaging review for small business, get the all the facts. There is a good chance you got the virus by touching your eye after you touched something that had live virus on it. And that “something” could very well have not been in this salon. But again, so sorry for your eye!

When I called to price check I was told that a fill with gel and was told $28 okay cool I go in for my fill and got a basic fill one color polish exactly what I called in for and hand the lady my card and she hands me back a bill for $40 did not appreciate the $12 up charge and bait and switch.
