Critical: QualityMe and my daughter went to get our nails done, we came here first and my daughter got her nails, when i seen the work, I thought to myself, heck no!!! I am not getting my nails done here!!!!! She charged me 50 bucks and The hearts looked horrible. I went to a different nail salon. 3 days later my daughters nails was coming off already. Now look at her finger, she has a dam infection!!!! I am definitely not a happy mom to see my baby’s finger all infected. DEFINITELY DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Me and my daughter went to get our nails done, we came here first and my daughter got her nails, when i seen the work, I thought to myself, heck no!!! I am not getting my nails done here!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was nice and happy towards the person doing my nails. I came in with shellac and needing a fill. The lady didn’t get all of my shellac off so I asked her of she could get the rest off of the sides of my nails and with attitude picked up her drill and went over the ones that still had shellac. There was still shellac on my nails so I asked her again and she threw a fit when I started trying to kinda scrape the shellac off of places she missed and said “you no like you can go somewhere else” I tried to explain what I wanted she said I was picky. All I wanted was the rest of my shellac off of my nails. Any other nail salon would’ve been like okay I’ll fix it and been professional about it. Not her. I ended up leaving with my nails not even half the way done. When I showed that I was going to leave she grabbed my hand to take off the nail she had glued on my left ring finger and when I went to pull away I felt her had grip my hand tighter. Once I left (fumed) I called to talk to their manager because I was so upset with my experience. SHE IS THE MANAGER. please do not go here. They don’t care about what you want or how you want things done. THEY DON’T CARE.

She doesn’t have any preference for appointments. This is my second time going to fancy nails and she doesn’t give a F** k about first come first serve, or people who came for appointment she made me wait for 40 min on first time visit to fancy nails and some group of three came inside and I been waiting since 30 min which she made me wait and took the three people and I left. on the second time visit to fancy nails I called her to make appointment telling her that I want appointment in 40 min, and I was there on time driving all the way from other end to west valley for the appointment, same thing again she made me wait for 40 min and she got other customer after me and she start to do her nail. I don’t even know what to say.

The guy wasnt very good. He was sloppy with the nail polish. I asked for a flower and they put a sticker on my nails. It was lame. My pedicure was carelessly done, they left some of the old gel nail polish on two of my nails and didnt get all the cuticles. Wont be going back there. They also overcharged us. They charged $75.00 for 2 regular pedicures and a manicure.

I got a fill and one of my nails had fallen off previously and so they put on a new nail and it was so much bigger than the others . I asked the guy to make my nails shorter and he did on one hand and on the other they were longer. I asked for a French tip but he didn’t listen .not happy at all with the experience .would definitely not recommend

Did not push back my cuticals and when i asked to have them fixed owner turned mw away and said she couldnt do my nails stopped mid process. Asked for my money back because she had me pay first because the nail polish would smeer. Go else were dont waist your time

On a Friday 1 lady working??? OMG?? I got full set red tips just last Sunday and by Monday what happens my middle finger nail breaks. RIGHT IN 1/2! Too thin! Saving money on acrylic? hummm? It took 36 minutes just to get sat in a chair! Then another 15 for her to replace 1 simple nail. Waist of money & time. No wonder why this place is always empty!
