Always a pleasant experience! I go to Tawnya for stilettos and she gets the shape perfect everytime. I find all the employees to be quite kind and very honest. Though I personally don’t get designs, the son’s work is phenomenal. I believe he could do absolutely any design (including characters) and the shop stays consistent by leaving all designs up to him.

Terrible service this is the third time that my nails have completely fallen apart at the tips after going here I will not be back I had a fill with gel polish and it was done in 20 minutes the sides were never filed the day later the corners of my nails were chipping off they rush you out of their terrible service and horribly expensive. I don’t know how they are staying in business. There are other reviews on other pages have the same issues.

Good experience. My nails are decent. I didn’t care for ll the switching people it took to get my nails done. The stations were fair a little messy but fair. I love family businesses but there was a little to much family dynamic going on for a business in my opinion. All very nice people! I will go back. Very affordable!

My appointment to have my acrylic nails removed was at 1:30. The receptionist had me sit at the last station by a small room. 20 minutes went by with no interaction at all, no one said a word. The receptionist stepped into the doorway of that small room and turned back to the other techs and said how should I wake him up! I noticed his feet then, he swung his feet off the bed and came out. He sat down in front of me and asked me what we were doing today and I said just removing my nails. He clipped them off and started prying them off. It hurt quite a bit so I asked him if he could soak them off and he said it would take an hour to soak off and he had appointments coming in, I was not his appointment. I have had nails removed many times and with a little sanding and soaking it’s an easy process. He said no, he doesn’t know how to do that. Clearly, I was nothing more than an aggravation. I have never in all my years of having my nails done seen such a poorly run salon and rude unprofessional staff.

Artists were polite. My fill service was very quick. Nails are solid and well shaped. It’s been almost 4 weeks and I have no breaks or lifting. Prices are fair and reasonable for the area.
