As soon as we walked in greeted nicely & asked what we were having done. My shellac manicure came out beautifully & David did a great job, he’s very detailed & did my cuticles so good. This will definitely be my go to place!

Me and my GF went here this weekend. The staff here is awesome. They were very fast and helpful. The inside looks good for Idaho Falls. They offered us complimentary water while were were getting pedicures. Overall recommend!

Go see Ricky, he’s the best I never expect good customer service theses days not from anywhere but from the 1st phone call to tje end of my appointment. Ricky happily stayed late and did above and beyond what I would if hoped for. When I’m in West Texas , Fancy Nails will be who gets my hard earned $$$$ . Peace of mind is priceless , good customer service Wow thank you Ricky and Kathy .

My sis in law and I went there today and it was a bad experience. When we walked in they sat us both at a table and made us move twice.. which was no big deal. Then Ricky was inappropriately hitting on one customer and you could tell the girl and her mom were visably uncomfortable. Three people walked out while we were waiting. They start doing my nails, everything was going ok. Then they soaked my sis nails off and cut them. She wanted tips, dipped and coffin shaped. She handed him (Ricky) her colors and he scoffed. She asked if they didn’t look good and he said idk I’m color blind. Ricky then told her she couldn’t get tips because her nails weren’t long or strong enough to support them… like ugh that’s why people get fakes duh. Anyway everyone could tell I was visually upset and an older lady came over to speak to Ricky he kept saying coffin and pointing to my sis and laughing. I got furious and said we were leaving. I asked a few times where the bathroom was and everyone ignored me. Horrible customer service and my nails hurt . We went across the hwy to Gala Nails beside sport clips and bubbas. They were AMAZING. Fixed my nails for free and did my sis in laws.

I do not recommend this place. 5 out of 10 of my cuticles were bleeding as I left. I am now having to walk around with bandages on those fingers. I have uploaded the picture. I was very disappointed and unsatisfied.
