Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI recently went with a family member to get our nails done, I asked and showed a picture of nails I wanted. The nail tech said yes she could do it, I was like okay awesome, we proceed, and in the middle of our session, she tells me it can’t be done. Purposely putting me in a position where I had to pay for this, and get whatever, save yourself the money. I recently went with a family member to get our nails done, I asked and showed a picture of nails I wanted. The nail tech said yes she could do it, I was like okay awesome, we proceed, and in the middle of our session, she tells me it can’t be done. Purposely putting me in a position where I had to pay for this, and get whatever, save yourself the money. This place just wants to take ur money and doesn’t care about it’s clients or their treatment.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister went in to microblade her brows and Lisa Tran did a poor job on her brows blames it on her fatty eyebrows of which there is no such thing. She lost all ink within 3 weeks of her 1st session and lost all the microblade of her second session within 3 days . Literally fell off in chunks. Everything was brought to Lisa’s attention and refused to give a refund or part refund because according to her she cant work miracles. Don’t recommend unless you already have perfect brows. If you need microblading please consider a real artist like we will be going to now in Amarillo. They said ( new artist ) that Lisa cut too deep that is why it didn’t stay.
