Great experience here. I came in for a pedicure and found the choices were easy to read and the prices were reasonable. The staff was diligent with their work and very considerate of the clients well being. They also had a clean atmosphere and many color choices. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again!

I want and got my nails done there today. They didn’t do what I wanted. I keep telling the lady and she would no listen. Just to get my nails refilled I paid as much as it would for a new set. I will never go there again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst we made an appointment for 3:30 and got there a little bit early. When the lady starts to do my nails I asked for long nails. She proceeded doing them long until she cut them down to my real nail. At that point they were very uneven and slanted. Right after that point another lady walked in and said she missed her appointment and she was 30-40 minutes late. The lady doing my nails tells me to move seats, and starts doing the lady who had the late appointment nails. After that we asked if we should come back later at a different time. They started laughing and said yeah you can come back Monday. It was Saturday when we were getting them done. We just left with just the tips half done, horrible and I would not recommend. Came in this morning. The woman that did my nails was in such a rush, it probably only took 15 minutes to do a full set. I have the powder all over my fingers, the nails are lumpy and all a different shape, and there’s still glue all over my hands. She just kept telling me they looked beautiful and she didn’t even notice they all look different. Would never go back.

I was sceptical because of the reviews but I like to find out for myself how a nail salon is and I have to say they treat you like family. The constantly ask you if what they’re doing looks right to you as they go so they din’t make mistakes and do not give “blotchy” paint jobs like the one review said. My nails have lasted a long time and look beautiful, they are neatly painted and at a great price too! They’re patient and understanding. I recommend them to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a great nail salon atound the madisonville area.
