Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been going here for probably 20 years. I have gone other places but I keep returning to Fancy Nails. They are clean, friendly (the owner calls me by name and asks about my family). It is very relaxing and professional, and beautifully decorated. On the rare occasion they do make a mistake they will do what they can to fix it! Be advised, however, that they only take cash. I have forgotten on occasion and they trust me to go get cash and return after services have already been performed! I have been going here for probably 20 years. I have gone other places but I keep returning to Fancy Nails. They are clean, friendly (the owner calls me by name and asks about my family). It is very relaxing and professional, and beautifully decorated. On the rare occasion they do make a mistake they will do what they can to fix it! Be advised, however, that they only take cash. Critical: QualityThis was my second time going here just to give them another chance. But I got the same lady for my pedicure and she did a poor job like before. I feel she is just the default person to go to if you don’t know anyone by name. This was my second time going here just to give them another chance. But I got the same lady for my pedicure and she did a poor job like before. I feel she is just the default person to go to if you don’t know anyone by name. I heard good things about Lee but he said he was busy but didn’t have a customer while I was getting my nails done.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid $51 for a refill that looks okay, which seemed kind of steep it used to be $35, what really bothered me is that this lady cut me the last two times I’ve went…hours later, my finger is still sore, I come to relax not to have my blood drawn, she laughed it off when I started bleeding. I’ll be using a different salon from here on out. I paid $51 for a refill that looks okay, which seemed kind of steep it used to be $35, what really bothered me is that this lady cut me the last two times I’ve went…hours later, my finger is still sore, I come to relax not to have my blood drawn, she laughed it off when I started bleeding. I’ll be using a different salon from here on out. It really depends on who you go to at this place.

Critical: QualityA few things happened to prompt this review. The most important is that the woman ripped skin off of my daughter’s eyelid when she waxed her eyebrows. It is more severe than I have ever experienced. She got wax all in her hair and then we had to grease her hair all up trying to get the wax out. The technician tried, but was unsuccessful and we took a little oil and did it ourselves.The second was that when I got a pedicure, the technician bumped my toe and took a chunk of polish off. She proceeded to pat it down and try to cover it with another coat. I thought surely she would take it off and fix it, but as she was about to put the clear coat on I had to stop her and ask her to fix it properly.The whole experience was unprofessional and my daughter is left with a pretty red, dark, sore mark on her eyelid.Services: Pedicure, Facial treatments, ManicureA few things happened to prompt this review.
