Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the worst pedicure and manicure I’ve ever gotten. I went in said I want a complete manicure, pedicure , and my nails powder dipped. They did the somewhat manicure after they dipped my nails. My feet were still so rough the same day. For granted I work with my hands a lot. But, even that being said. My growth on my nails at the cuticle were so rough looking. They were put on really thin. They also didnt cut my fingernails or toenails how I was asking them to. I’m on my feet a lot as well. Nope!! Didn’t get that either. I have them 90$for the services and 20$ tip for each of them. Made an appointment twice most recently Saturday morning at 10 & at quarter to 11 I was asked to wait an additional 30 minutes or so. Definitely didn’t feel my time was valued or business was appreciated

I was unhappy with my manicure. The man does a good job, the ladies, not so good. Didn’t get my cuticle good and wasn’t even going to put a base coat on until I said something to her. I went back a second time just to see if maybe it was an off day but same results.
