Worst place ever. Both toes bleed, was not asked what I wanted, only clipped my nails and soaked in water. No scrubbing or massage or wax like I normally get. When I told her she was hurting me she said my nails were ingrown and kept digging! Same with my daughters manicure. Didn’t ask length just cut them and painted them. Cut her on 2 of her fingers. And the cost is ridiculous!! Don’t go here it’s horrible.

Me and my younger sister went to this place to get our lashes done and the lady was doing her job really bad and she answered a phone call and showed the girl me and my sister without our permission and she was ignoring my question I had and she keep putting lashes on my sister and when she was done my sister couldn’t even open her eyes and the lady was trying to open her eyes up and my sister was in tears that the lashes was hurting her and she kept hurting her eyes to the point my sister told her to take the lashes off and the lady was getting mad so she took off the lashes off with a tweezers and pulled the lashes off and my sister was still hurting to the point her eyes was red.

Im just 16 and when with my sister and to her our lashes done and I showed her the picture of what i wanted and she did it but it was so bad that i could even open my eyes to the point they where red and she was in her phone ir answering other calls than doing my lashes i wanted to get up and leave but she was getting up and leaving her self she even showed me and my sister on her phone without asking us i told her to take the lashes off and she pulled out most of my natural lashes I wanted to press charges but i don’t have enough proof this is the picture of what i have now you can see sun parts are missing

Awful experience. I never plan to visit again. Not only was the man very short tempered, but he did not do my nails how I wanted them! My friend and I were getting our nails done for graduation and we’re hoping it would go nicely but it went quite the opposite. Anyway, let me get to how it went. I tried making small talk with the man who was doing my nails when he just got angry, looked at me with this evil look and said, “just let me do this!” I hardly talked after that. He would often ask if it’s good and when I told him once that it was too thick, he called me picky!!! Note: I only do my nails maybe once a year so of course I’m going to be picky! While he was filling my nails, I felt a sharp pain on one of my fingers so I flinched because it hurt. I have held still prior to this. The man’s reaction was to drop my hand and everything he held and look at me again with this evil look as if saying “really?” Like yes! It hurt! I even apologized! When he was doing my friends nails, the two men argued and the man was more aggressive with her nails, practically taking it out on her. After the nails were made, he decided that he was going to pick the designs for me and my friends nails. He said that his idea would be prettier. These were our nails and we picked the colors we wanted. To say that the customer doesn’t know what they want is ridiculous. I am outraged with the way my friend and I was treated here when we tried our best to be respectful customers!!!!! I don’t like to bash on businesses but this was very wrong and I don’t wish this on anyone else.

So I was unlucky enough to get my nails done here as one of the two people was not attending to anyone. I wanted one color, which should be simple enough, but I had to correct the man because he filed the color down so much that my nail was showing. Correcting him seemed to agitate him to the point of filing the skin raw enough to bleed on one of my fingers. After asking if I upset him, he denied (even though he clearly took it out on my fingers). I then asked him to fix another nail which he only dipped halfway leaving a ridge. This whole ordeal cost me $45 and 2 hours. Next time I will drive the 45 minutes to Fort Worth to get the job done correctly in an hour for only $35 dollars. I highly recommend going someplace else. I will also be reporting him to the state licensing board.
