I hadn’t gotten my nails done in so long, so I decided to walk in and try Fancy Nails for the first time tonight – I made a great choice! Super clean, relaxing and honestly my dip nails came out way better than any other place I’ve gone to! I’ll definitely be back! 🙂

horrible experience. Lady did all my nails crooked and was mad when asked to fix. The guy set me up an appointment at 6 pm waited 45 mins and he got mad because we couldn’t find the right color. I asked him to please it cut my real nail he did anyway. Then he filed my nail paper thin it burned. Did my nail do bulky. He got mad for me asking him to please make it match like others. I’d never EVER come back. These people put their price that WE pay. We also expect great quality in return! I hate the fact that they argue and say “oh no this look fine” As a paying customer if your nails look crooked to you they need to fix it, if a design they said they could do doesn’t look right redo it! That’s your job!

This place is GREAT. I’ve gone several times and have had multiple nail techs who all did a great job on my gel mani. So happy I found this hidden gem. Prices are very reasonable too!

I’ve been here a couple times. Good prices and great work. I’m especially impressed by their communication. I called and didn’t leave a voicemail and got a call back within an hour anyway. Staff is friendly and has great vibes. Love the massage chair. The sign in their window says walk ins welcome, but you’re definitely better off making an appointment.

They were 15 minutes late opening up and when I went in, I was told I wouldn’t be able to get serviced because I didn’t have an appointment. It clearly states they accept walk ins. Not impressed!

Terrible service. I made an appointment the same day and had to wait 35 minutes. They charged an extra $5 just to shape my nails the way they were already shaped. I have gotten my nails done here once before and they did not charge extra for shaping my nails the same way. When I asked why I was being charged extra, she laughed at me and said don’t worry about it. When I pointed out that some nails looked crooked, she told me that the previous place I had been to made them that way. This makes no sense when all new powder was applied to my nails. She filed them crooked. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. There are other local salons with much better, professional customer service.

I have been going to this Nail Salon for over 20 years. I absolutely love them. This is why I keep going back. They have a very clean and sterile environment, the staff are very polite and friendly. Most of all of course is the fact that my nails and pedicures are perfect. I actually get my legs waxed here too, it’s really convenient to get it all done in the same place. This place is a hidden gem. I did a basic Google search for “mani/pedi McKinney,” and this place didn’t pop up on the top results. I ended up picking it because of a friend’s recommendation, and I am very glad for it. It was very reasonable priced. The staff is kind and professional. I got a “Relax Pedicure” which lasted 45 minutes, and really was very relaxing. For the price of $35, I got to sit in an electric back massage chair (you can adjust the settings to your liking), while a staff member expertly massaged my feet and lower legs with exfoliants, oil, a mud mask, and my favorite – hot stones. The actual portion that addressed my nails was also very good. The level of experience in the staff really showed in the care they took with trimming my nails, addressing the cuticles, etc. and precision in painting. It definitely yielded results that I could never replicate from home. I will certainly be returning!
