The folks at this salon lied to me and told me they couldn’t put tips on dip nails. I knew it was false, but I was there with a friend as a gift and I didn’t want to be rude and argue with them. They then proceeded to give me an full set of acrylics. The process was very painful and I wasn’t happy with how the manicure looked. I had to get the nails taken off in less than two weeks because they were so thick at the tips that I couldn’t get my contacts in and out. When I went to get the full set removed at my normal salon, my nail artist was aghast at the fact that clearly MMA, an illegal chemical, was used on my nails. In fact, after three coats of acetone, my thumb nails still have one layer of acrylics on them.

It was so disappointing, I never write bad reviews but this was a definitely a bad experience. I was told she charged $20 for shellac nail polish. I got white tipped shellac nail polish which is supposed to be $25 but was charged $40. I got no manicure, no nothing, just the polish took 15 mins maximum. They change their prices according to people. Their acrylics which takes an hour is $30 but the service which takes 15 mins or less they charged $40.

They are SO good at what they do! You can tell they just want to make their customers happy and will take all their time to make sure you love your nails. From observing, I can tell they want to create relationships with their customers in addition to doing nails. Best place to get dip in my opinion, not too thick and they stay on forever! Go here if you want to have the best nails!

10/10 I would recommend to everyone! I have been coming here for years and they’re the nicest nail technicians I have ever met. They make sure you love your nails before you leave, and they establish a relationship with almost every customer. To all the people who say that they’re rudely sloppy, all you have to do is explain to them clearly what you want! They will make sure to make you happy ☺️

The worse manicure with shellac I have ever had. Will not go back! The lady was very rude and a sloppy manicurist. Rushed through the manicure and did not even watch what she was doing. When I would look or ask about something she missed, she would stop and say “Is there a problem” very rudely. My nails look terrible and I paid 30.00 for a half ass manicure and half ass shellac job. She may have put a pea size lotion on my hands and rubbed them for 30 seconds, never cleaned the nails and the file job was a joke. 15.00 for a manicure like that is terrible to think that is all they offer the public. Do not go there and get your nails done. Much better places in town and much friendlier!!!

I paid even though I wasn’t satisfied because product was used and I walked out with a set of nails, but the guy filed my nails so rough he broke skin on one finger my nails are so sore! And the nail tips are so crooked! The acrylic is super thin! I paid $35 plus a $5 tip!
