Have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. I have had nothing but a good experience. They listen to what I ask for and if I am not completely satisfied, they will do their best to make sure they fix any issues. The prices are fair and the service is friendly. Like any business in town, they get busy and sometimes are short staffed but they have a waitlist and are very good to call you when they know they have time to get you in. Thanks Fancy Nails!

I took my granddaughters to get their nails done for the first time. Loved the kid size chairs and my granddaughters had a wonderful time. My pedicure person was very rough, my toe didn’t bleed but did hurt for days.

Went in for an eyebrow wax and the tech was obviously not wanting to do it by the way she abruptly got up from her seat. Didn’t ask how i wanted my brows just threw the wax on and snatched it off so fast and directed me out the room. She left wax all over my top lids with pieces of lint stuck to it … What has happened to customer service in this town?? Definitely won’t EVER go back and buyer beware!

This place is filthy! None of the tools she used were clean, the emery board was supposed to white but had been used so many times it was beige. She cleaned under my nails with a tool she dug out of a drawer, even the area I was seated at had not been so much as wiped down. Gross, do not go here, it needs to be investigated by the health department.

Got there at 11:15 am with my sister and one other person was sat quickly they started on the other two nails within the first 15 min of being there then when I finally got to getting mine the girl kept stopping to play on her phone it took over 2.5 hours to get my nails done just a full set then was charged 140 for a bad job my nails are thick and the girl wouldn’t listen worst nail place in town complete rip off do not recommend save your money and go to a different place they wouldn’t even hear my complaints the man that was doing nails had time to finish two sets and almost a 3rd before that girl one hand completely upset at the service. yes, I did pay for three sets of nails but you charge 70 for mine and I asked her to finish mine out and she was too busy with her phone. It was still way over charged for it. Also I tried to send pics to your fb and have been blocked so y’all definitely doing people wrong

Service was a bit slow starting but we weren’t in a hurry. They were short staffed. I had called for reservations and they were a bit after the time requested. Upside. They did not rush us through. I had a pedicure with seasalt scrub and paraffin. The scrub is relaxing as is the message. Water was hot and the time was relaxing. My manicure was just a trim. I’m not fond of their hand soak as it’s cold water. My nail looked good and short when we were done. I will go back.

Don’t bother making an appointment, and plan to sit doing nothing, alot. It’ll wind up taking 3 1/2 hours for a regular pedicure and a full set.

I had a manicure and shellac done. Manicure consisted of trimming cuticles only. The whole time the girl was doing my nails she was watching a cooking show on YouTube with her phone propped to the side. My thumbs ended up having bubbles in them that has now popped, so my $35 manicure and shellac looked good for about 2 days. Photo taken after 2 days

Hate to leave this review but I likely will not go back to Fancy Nails. The young lady who works in the front is very nice and professional. I was on the waiting list and she was so sweet and informative regarding the availability.
