The manager is great but when she is not here prices increase drastically and service lacks. When I first came here I almost didn’t return due to Julie and her talking, about clients, her life, personal health issues, her pets, the weather, anything. I then started using the manager and she is great. The times she’s not here it is always an issue. So I go in, I am with Julie. The manager is not here ask I need is a fill and 2 fixes. She quoted me the same price the whole fresh set costs. Then she made a mistake in my nails with the wrong color I told her and she made a scene saying she didn’t want to do my nails. The new girl comes and does my nails, she asked Julie how much she quoted me, Julie tells hermore than quoted.

Wouldn’t recommend this location! Everytime I go I have to forfeit what I actually want on my feet. Nobody to every do designs & they treat you bad if you not getting both services done. It’s really sad that people spend they hard owned money to support a business and they treat you like all they want is the money. I will never be back! Manager didn’t seem to care at all either!

I’m just in town for the holiday and needed a fill. Stop by this spot and the wait was a lil long. Once I was seated, the process didn’t take long a all. Parking was good, prices are very reasonable. I like that they have plastic barriers surrounding each nail station. When I’m back, I will definitely return!

I don’t see everyone’s issue with Kim. I had gone to another salon and they messed my nails up and she did an amazing job fixing them! She took her time pulled out all the stops and did it right! I’ve finally found a nail salon I can trust. She listened to what I wanted and the finished product was perfection! Thank you so much Kim and fancy nails!
