I arrived 15 minutes early so I could take my time looking through dip colors since it was my first time here.. was hoping this would be my new “go to” salon.. the selection of dip colors was fantastic.. a few minutes after I arrived an older lady came up and told me I needed to hurry up and pick my color.. I’ve never been treated so rudely by a nail tech! I decided to gracefully comply since I thought she was just wrapping me before my appt with who I had requested.. nope.. never had the nail tech I requested bc they were with someone else the whole time.. she cut me twice and burned the skin on two fingers with the Dremel.. the nails are rough and catching on fabric so I will have to file them myself which, or course, will shorten the life of the expensive manicure (she charged $5 more than the person next to me who got the same service) because I will have to remove the dip on the ends to file the jagged edges.. too hard to communicate with her regarding the damage she did to my fingers; just gave up and survived to the end.. will NEVER be back and I’m so disappointed.

My daughter has been using Fancy Nails for a long time. Since they opened. I’m not from here but visit often. She gets me gift certificates all the time. The salon needs a good two day scrubbing. Behind the pedi chairs is scary. The service menu was greasy and crusty. I ordered a service with hot wax. It was too difficult to communicate when she started painting my toes without the wax treatment that I’m certain I paid for. I don’t wanna make my daughters visit awkward but I will be finding a new nail place. Any suggestions?

I got my nails done this past Friday and one of my nails easily popped off as well as the top coat was coming off. I called up there and asked to speak to the manager i ask to speak to a manager and he was not so nice. I asked for a refund and for them to fix my nails. He began to tell me there nails don’t last up to 3 weeks and when i began to ask for a refund a second time he cut me off and said” I’m not going to argue with you do you want your nail fixed or not” i do not recommend you go here. Im not happy. The lady who fixed my broken nail did a good job. But the management was not good.

Love them! My nails are perfect. No sharp edges and I had Hank who was so precise just did a great job. They have so many color options to choose from too which is great. I recommend making a appointment. I did, and happened to be the first one there but within 20 minutes after opening they were pretty busy! Thank you for making my nails so perfect!

I went in with a picture to help them in getting the correct look it was a very simple dipped nail that had a thin line of color on the tip. The dipped nail portion had waves in the nail and the thin line was asymmetrical. I took photos but there is nowhere on this review to post them. I will never go here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I also was charged $75 for this and when we complained the charge did not change.This was a poor experience. This was literally the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. There was 3 different times she made me bleed from over cutting my cuticles and other spots she didn’t cut enough. She told me my nails where dry so I attempted to put my shoes on and ruined 3 of my nails. She didn’t even try to re do them just painted more coats on top where now it looks like I have way too much polish on. It was an important day for me as I had a very important job interview later that day. Next time I will just do them myself. Very disappointing

Got a pedicure with a friend. The staff was friendly, facility looked nice, and massage/pedicure chairs were great. However, they cut my friend’s nails jagged, didn’t cut mine at all, scrubbed my feet so hard I was gritting my teeth in pain, and left my skin rougher after than it had been going in. The next day, my big toe started hurting and I realized it had become infected on one side from everything. Awful.

I went in with my husband for two pedicures and a nexogen full set. They really rushed my pedicure and didn’t even offer to do any upgrades like scrubs or waxes, we just moved in from Dallas and they really treat you right. I asked 6 or 7 times for the color list and they kept saying they would go get it and I was in the chair with the lady already working on my feet and she had to ask them to go get it. There isn’t a good selection of colors for the powder dip and had I seen the selection sooner honestly we probably would have gone somewhere else. My powder dipped nails are kind of rough and uneven, not the best job in the world but not the worst. But the kicker for me was my guy doing my nails smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. And the whole place started to smell after a while. I started to have trouble breathing and it set my anxiety off. Not the worst experience and good people, just a rushed job and the smell killed me.

Tiffany is terrific! Kind, very talented in giving a great dip manicure and a most relaxing pedicure. Highly recommend this clean and friendly salon.
