I have been to this location a few time and have never had a bad experience, until the last two times. I went in a week ago to get a gel set done. The nail tech stated that the style I wanted wasn’t done in the salon. Even though I have friends who have recently gotten the same exact design, I said okay and picked another design. Within two days, one of the gel nails popped off while getting laundry out of a basket. It was late, so I bought some nail glue and put it back on. Two days later, another mail popped off. I glued that one back on. I don’t like to complain, so I was just going to wait until my fill in and just get my nails done by another tech. Yesterday, yet another mail popped off, but I couldn’t find it. So, I’m less than a week, three nails popped off. I went in and asked if they could fix my nails. She grabbed glue and dabbed the two nails that I had glued back on, then sat me down with a tech that was doing her own nails. The second tech seemed angry the entire time she was doing my nails. She filed the nail and then painted over the nail with the nail dust still on the nail. When she was finished, she asked me if I had $5. I said that I don’t carry cash, but I was confused as to why I would need to pay for them to fix their mistake. She spoke with the first tech, who proceeded to yell at me across the salon in front of many different customers, saying that I had to pay. The second tech stormed off and said, “Fine, don’t pay!” I still paid, because I was absolutely embarrassed. The nail she “fixed” doesn’t match my other nails and has a dip in the top of the nail. I will never go back here!

great place! the smell is very strong but the people were kind. I got single colored full set of acrylics for 45$, my sister got a deluxe manicure and a gel pedicure for 85$. They were a little busy, but that’s just because they are good, atleast 5 nail techs were there and the do lashes also. great place, will return very soon!!

My friend and i went here to get our nails done and she was treated very badly, they skipped over her 2x and then they were talking bad about her because she decided to leave. They then confronted me about a foul review she made due to her bad experience. They were very rude and very unprofessional due to the way they handled her review! This was both our first time comin to this establishment. 0/10 do not recommend!

I was very pleased with their service. Normally when I get my nails done the ends of my fingers hurt so bad for 24 hours. The way the technician did them today was phenomenal. My hands do not hurt and my nails look great. They were quick and efficient in getting myself, and 3 children, in and out with amazing looking nails.

Had an appointment at 1:30 for four manicures. Myself and my three granddaughters. They did a horrible job on all our nails I was supposed to have an ombre set I’m not even going to take a picture of it because it looks so bad I’m going somewhere else to have them redone now. We will never be back

Got lashes, it’s up the road from my hair stylist. It beats going all the way to St.Louis for lashes, the same price, but using more gas. I was a walk-in they got to me in a timely manner.
