Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place specially stay away from Kaitie she is extremely rude and disrespectful. Her hob is of poor quality does not listen, does whatever she wants and if you complain she has a horrible attitude and make you feel uncomfortable. Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst you have to wait a long time. No one explains the process. The service is bad. The quality in the pedicure and nails is horrible. i could have gotten my 10 year to do a better job. I think the fact that the shop has no type of covid protection is a problem as well.The qualityin the work is poor. One of my nails was coming off while she was working on it. The cleaning. The polishing . The whole experience was bad. They definitely need to close up or train on how to do the nails and making the shop more covid safe.
