Critical: ProfessionalismI was greeted and she had me sanitize my hands while she sanitized her own.I came in on time for 10:15 a.m. appointment on November 18th, Thursday. I requested a removal of my current set so that I could get a fresh set of gel nails.She began removing my nails by cutting the ends and on the second nail she decided to cut so low from the tip of my pinky finger that she caused me to bleed. (See photos)I’ve never had anybody cut my nails to remove them!! Usually they soak them in 100% acetone for a few minutes and then gently peel them off. And gently use the grinder for any remaining gel.At first, she said it was an accident and that she was sorry. But then….She tried to explain this away that my previous set of nails was done incorrectly, but no! you cut too low it’s your fault. I let the guy who was doing another lady’s pedicure know that she had cut me and then I started to have a panic attack thinking about what she might do to the rest of my nails so I left. I will never come back and now I need to wait for my nail to grow back together or out before I can have somebody put on a new set. I am so disappointed and the bleeding in the time that I’ve written this has now spread across my entire nail which has finished breaking all the way across just as low. Critical: QualityOn October 23rd I had gotten my nails done, I had my middle finger nail on my left hand break 2 days ago while I only picked up a blanket, I went in today october 30th at 2:30pm to get it fixed and she fixed it right away even tho she did rush it for no reason, but at 11:40pm (so only 8 hours apart) my middle finger nail on my right hand snapped in half while I itched my leg! I’ve never had a nail snapped off so easily before like that they always last 2 months or so, until I have gone to that Specific lady I don’t know her name but the 2 times she’s done my nails they would break within a week. The first time she did it I woke up with a broken nail.
