I have been a customer pre and now post Covid. I have had 2 Manis and a Pedi over the past about 3 months. From my last mani 3 weeks ago I have a fungus infection on one of my fingers. I have never contracted a fungus from a nail salon anywhere in 20 years. I’m so disappointed.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and waited for a specific tech. Very kind staff and delicate yet quick service. Got rid of an old set and replace with all acrylic set with nude color to look as natural as possible. Cost me $50. Will go back when I need a fill! Acrylic nails

Used this business serveral times for a tip with french dip. Always did a good job. Unfortunately, I lost the business card for the lady I normally had and loved but chanced making an appt. and maybe I would see her. Got to the salon and seated. The man that was assigned to me seemed so appalled by my request; like he never heard of the service. He was really discouraged when I also said I wanted an accent nail. He spoke a lot with another worker and I could not understand them but basically he did not want to do the service as he did not like how it would look. He moved me to another station stating he could not provide a french tip dip with tips. He was very rude acting and even the greeter made me feel uncomfortable. I stated I have had this done before and did not see what the problem was. They did not care and kept talking amongst themselves and the guy to do my nails started to walk away. I got up and said I do not know what the problem is but I am leaving. THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE I LEFT! What made me most disappointed was I finally decided to treat myself and left with no service! I then called other salons to see if this was a service they provided and all of them said yes. I will never go back here and never recommend them again.

Today was my 2nd time going here, the 1st time was ok but pricey and thought they were very unfriendly. Today I wanted Ombre’ dip but Kelly didn’t know how to do that, so i went with a simple gel color. She was not very friendly and rushed the fill completely when she put on the liquid/powder mixture it was very very thin. She did nothing to my cuticles and didn’t clean under the fingernails with the file at all, it took her exactly 36 minutes to do a fill from start to finish. An hour later I was getting something out of my purse and my thumbnail felt funny I went to look at it and the whole side of it was lifting away from the my new real nail. I started looking at my others and noticed that two more nails were lifting I called and asked them if I could come back in since I was still in the area I live over 40 minutes away and only come to this nail salon when I’m shopping in town they said yes so I went back in right away. Kelly met me at the door and had a bad attitude I showed her where the nails were lifting and she said right to me they were not lifting and was basically calling me a liar I showed her again where they were lifting and she said I must have done something to them that couldn’t be and we went round and round about it until another gentlemen nail tech came up and heard us. He had to look at them he said she will fix these for you all she wanted to do was put super glue on them I said are you kidding these nails won’t last two days with just some super glue on them they were almost completely lifting off of my whole nail because the mixture she used was so thin and she had filed them down so much that they weren’t even adhering to my real nail. She caught an attitude and refused to fix them so Gary luckily came out and said he would help me at first he kind of had an attitude and was trying to say it was something to do with my nails having a fungus or infection and blamed me but he had me sit down at his chair and once he started clipping away at the nail he could see that it was definitely an issue on their end and he repaired all three and made them look very nice. When I asked if I needed to pay for those he said no it was on the house which I felt it definitely should have been because they both had attitudes about it and the whole time he was doing these nails about five of the different nail techs were all standing around including Kelly and I could tell they were totally talking about me and laughing and just being completely rude. I will definitely not be going back to this nail salon!!!!!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy fiancé and I celebrated our anniversary by getting a relaxing mani/pedi. The experience put a sour mood on our celebration.First time getting an “ombré French” nail. NOT HAPPY! My cuticles were not taken care of in the beginning & were either bleeding or swollen by the end of the manicure. The painting of my nails started out nice. But then the edges were not smoothed out for a blended look. The point of where the white ends is VERY noticeable & tacky looking.I returned the next morning to remove the polish because the acrylic polish was unbearably painful!! The technician working on my removal kept bouncing between me and other clients. On the bright side, she recognized that it was a bad paint job done by the elder male technician. In the end, my nails & cuticles were worse than when I initially went in, I had to pay MORE MONEY to correct an expensive mani, and I was blamed for getting an allergic reaction to acrylic polish (even though I asked for a dip mani).I am done with Fancy’s. It makes me so sad to leave this review because the staff was so polite, but it needs to be said. My mom and I decided to try fancy nails because she hadn’t had her nails done in years and my go-to salon was booked. BOTH of us ended up with fungal infections on our fingernails after having them done here. We are now on antibiotics for the next 4 months. The staff is kind and talented, but evidently cleanliness is not a top priority.
