I am highly disappointed in the quality and service I received at this nail salon. First of all I only went here because my regular nail salon was closed for an emergency. They didn’t take all the dip powder off from the last time my nails were done. Instead he just went over the other color. I had hot pink with one neon yellow nail on each hand. When you look at the pictures you can still see the colors Of my old nails. Looks so tacky looking under your nails and seeing totally different colors underneath than what color you have on the top. Secondly, as you can see by the pictures the gel polish he put on top

Only lasted a week got short black coffin nails and paid a ridiculous amount for them just to fall off in less than a week never goin back there again. Worst pedicure ever. I told the girl to NOT cut my nails short.. she did. Then after she cut them too short, she continued to file them even shorter. The paint job was horrible. She was sneezing all over me. How are they gonna ask me to wash my hands when I arrived but have the girl that did my nails sneezing all over me.. the girl didn’t wash her hands not one time after she wiped her nose (on her face mask) I was disgusted. She was rude. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing. It was a terrible experience. Worst 70$ I’ve ever spent. I will never go back.. Zero stars if I cld give zero.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI walked in it took a moment for someone to notice me and actually say something but once they did they got me back right away, the lady was very quiet didn’t even try to have a conversation with me she did a lovely job but she was kinda unprofessional she answered a FaceTime call in the middle of doing my nails while still doing my nails and she cut my cuticles on multiple fingers but overall I’m happy with how my nails turned outI gave this place another try a year later, they were still not very professional. They had a dog running around while they were working. Also, the lady that did my nails cut my cuticles on almost every finger. After I told her it hurt and I would pull my finger away, she would pull my hand back closer to her without apologizing or changing anything. I did not want her doing anything else to my nails so once she balanced my nails I told her I did not want any color. I went to them on 6/22 and two of my nails have fallen off. Already. I am very upset that my experiences have continued to be horrible here. The lady who did my toes was amazing. The Asian lady up front was rude and had attitude with me. I was charge 98 dollars to gel my toes and paint my 5 years hands and feet. Waiting for my hands an hour so I decided to leave. I won’t be returning to this place.! Very upset
