My daughter came to town to make sure my nails and feet were done for my engagement this weekend. Customer service was aweful. Several chairs and my daughter was given the broken chair leaned to front and stuck in position, we asked for remote they all said it’s broke… Why would you place her in a broken chair when you have like 8 and get smart and rude about it. Next I requested my nails the same way I had them n they had the polish I requested 2 coats and was fussed at later on saying I only needed one. Well when It came time to pay .. we had cash and card so it did not matter the bill was getting paid but the young man demanded that we pay and my daughter nails was not done. Customer service go a long way. I’m just coming into this town and they have lost my service for good. Please treat your customers better than this

Very rude. I was waiting for about thirty minutes for a fill in, eyebrow wax, and toe polish. Finally the young lady got to me, did my eye brows and toes. So I set down to get my fill in, she told me she couldn’t do my nails. So I am like how, but the whole time it was because some of her regular customers came in, she wanted to get them out. Remind you I had been there, about a hour and a half. Bad customer service, I will not be going back. I was a paying customer just like her regulars. I just paid for my eye brows and toes. Very sad!!!

I had my nails done last Saturday (just gel polish on my real nails) THEY LOOK HORRIBLE!! I was going to do a pink color and he painted my small finger, I did not like it so he wiped it off and used another color. YOU COULD STILL SEE THE PINK COLOR BECAUSE HE DID NOT WIPE IT OFF WITH POLISH REMOVER. He said “it will come off after washing hands 4-5 days”!! WHAT?!?!?!? I called them this morning and told them how horrible they looked and they told me to come in and they would fix it. We will see how this goes but as for now my 11 yo could have done a better job. The guy was super fast and just did not care what they looked like. I spend 90$ in there when I could have done a better job at home!!!!!

I live in Atlanta but got married in My hometown of Vicksburg. Went here to get my nails done for the wedding and they looked ok only because I got a set a polish. Something very simple. But the nails barely lasted a week before popping off!!!! Not good quality work at all!
