Critical: Quality, ValueI normally do not use this salon I received a gift certificate for my birthday so I stopped by to use it. I was greeted by I guess the owner and she stated you can stay this time but you are supposed to make an appointment I apologized and told her I would make an appointment no problem she stated no I had a cancellation you can stay this time. There was no one in the Salon. She called an older man out and my service was poor a waste of my birthday gift gel polish on my skin it was a mess. I left feeling ripped off I went somewhere else had them redo my polish. I normally do not use this salon I received a gift certificate for my birthday so I stopped by to use it. I was greeted by I guess the owner and she stated you can stay this time but you are supposed to make an appointment I apologized and told her I would make an appointment no problem she stated no I had a cancellation you can stay this time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy acrylic nails look like they have been on for 2 weeks right after they were done and the sides are not painted and my nails are weird shaped and different lengths. They soaked my feet and painted my toenails and charged me full price I could have just done this at home . They just didn’t want to do any work very lazy people. My acrylic nails look like they have been on for 2 weeks right after they were done and the sides are not painted and my nails are weird shaped and different lengths. They soaked my feet and painted my toenails and charged me full price I could have just done this at home . They just didn’t want to do any work very lazy people. Nice people I guess but lazy at their practice.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was told the wait would be 15 minutes. I arrived literally two minutes after the phone call stating it would only be a 15 minute wait. When I walked inside, I was told to pick nail color and so I did. After picking my nail color, I was then informed it works be an hour wait. Don’t waste your time unless you have an appointment
