I’ve been going to Fancy Nails for years and had the same nail tech. I was kinda skeptical about when I found out that someone else had bought the business but I gave them a chance and they have been nothing but amazing. Ken has been doing my pedis and nails and he does a GREAT job. So if you are looking for someone to do your nails and pedicures give them a try. I highly recommend!!

I called to see if they had what I wanted (glow in the dark polish) before arriving and was told yes. It was the only reason for showing up, but when I got there, he said they didn’t have it and “who told you that,” and they laughed. So, he took it upon himself to do ombre. He asked if I liked it and I said no. His reply was, “you’ll like it tomorrow!” He didn’t do my cuticles until I started clipping them myself. He used a vacuum to get the dust off of my hands. There were more issues, but you get the point by now, hopefully. Bad experience. I won’t be going back!! Doesn’t deserve any star(s).
