Tech messed up two of my nails and when I asked her to fix them. She decided to talk over me and refuse to fix. At checkout, showed shop manager. She agrees with me and fixed my nails but I won’t be going back. I am spending my money with you so give me the service that I am asking for. I shouldn’t have to get anyone else involved to receive a resolution.

Nails haven’t been on a week and all of them are loose not to mention they’re upcharging and making up prices as they go she told me for the length I wanted that was 60 (no problem) I asked for 2 designs and she said 90 so 15 a piece for rhinestones? …it’s quantity( $) over quality here.

Rude employees, especially if you don’t want to spend 40, 50, 60 bucks on your toes. I wanted the basic pedicure it’s $35. Something simple since I was going to be swimming all weekend. The lady got frustrated after she couldn’t upsale me. Rushed my toes, like 6 mins in and out. I still tipped accordingly. I used to go here a lot but I won’t be back after this.

I didnt like my nails. I came for a fill in and shape (coffin nails) left with thick acrylic and regular square shape with horrible polish job. Why is there polish on my cuticles. Long story short. I wont be going back save your money.
